I got this from a Director :-

"......I cannot give you any real information about Zyzygy as we are only a small shareholder.
What I can say is that I believe the company is actively looking to promote a transaction but, as demonstrated nearly two years ago there is little support forthcoming from shareholders which places very strict limits on the sort of transactions which might be achievable and the price at which they might be achieved.

There is obviously no market in Zyzygy shares but if could suggest the sort of price which might be acceptable to you I will enquire whether any other shareholder is interested in buying......."

I wait and hope but assume that my ZYZ shareholding is virtually worthless. Whether to blame anyone other than myself (for gullibility) is a question which hangs at present.

There are 325,442,465 Zyzygy Ordinary (Nominal 0.1p) Shares :-

Traditional Shareholders 112,915,866
Creditors 77,526,599
BWA 90,000,000
Peter Hire 15,000,000
Jemima Hoskins 30,000,000

Zyzygy's AIM listing was cancelled in 2009 and a corporate rescue was affected by BWA.
BWA's Richard Battersby & James Butterfield joined the Board.

There was an Open Offer (0.25p) last year that didn't raise enough money to be successful.

Just dont pay for anything like that, there is loads of company's trying that trick on.Always remember that can be got for free at company's house.

ZYZ have been looking at a number of propositions for quite a period of time, but they have been unable to consummate a deal. They had one very interesting proposition recently but it went elsewhere.

In any event, the level of dilution will see old holders decimated.
