29/3/2011 17:54 | ...they don't seem to be doing their cause many favours without more information....I for one don't have blind faith... | haff1
29/3/2011 14:54 | I got it via barclays and i thought exactly the same, no intentions listed.I would have liked to know more detail firstly. | alby220
29/3/2011 10:24 | also received Open Offer notification via TDW - thing is, don't see any information anywhere about their intentions upon relisting/what the money is to be used for. Not taking part, though hope to recover something from my existing holding just like everybody else here... | mister md
28/3/2011 14:10 | Can you forward it on HeadRush69@gmail.com ? I don't think nominees will get it. Also possibly hosting it somewhere. in a downloadable form might be good? | officerdigby
28/3/2011 14:10 | Received summary of the Open and Excess offers from my broker, TD Waterhouse, the other day. Deadline for selecting a corporate action option via their website is tomorrow. I feel ZYZ never kept me adequately informed, until now that they want more money and another chance at running a business. I won't be throwing good money after bad. | exotic
28/3/2011 13:00 | I have received an email from one of the directors who attached the Open Offer prospectus. | wenlynn
21/3/2011 17:43 | The thing is the nominees have now received the open offer document. Which just talks about the capital raising and restructuring (consolidation). So the shares came back into the UK settlement structure and are now shown in the various nominee accounts. The shares always existed just not in the UK electronic system. Does anyone have any extra info apart from what is given in the nominee accounts? Say for example the offer document? The nominee announcement points them at zyzygy web site but there is no info on the site, post 2009! If they do perhaps they could post it. Or upload it somewhere for download for the nominees! ta. To the others who have posted info about this thanks for that. I think I've gleaned it's going to be an oil and gas investment company? (Not pro or against - just after the info) | officerdigby
21/3/2011 16:25 | No, they are not (yet) lost for ever, alandel, and I'm sure you must still hold, or your Broker would not have sent you the offer. This is being made in the attempt to restore some value, should people take up enough of them. | asmodeus
21/3/2011 15:45 | Hi there, Having little knowledge of this I had some shares which have been removed for some time now from my Brokers account. I have received an Open Offer letter . Does this mean that I still hold these shares or are they lost forever. Sorry if this sounds stupid. Thanks. | alandel
17/3/2011 17:27 | I have received another message from my broker about the Open Offer. It talks of a 1 for 1 (at 0.25p). Still nothing about a Consolidation ! | wenlynn
17/3/2011 12:42 | That's better, thanks maytrees | exotic
17/3/2011 07:57 | Good morning exotic - done now. | maytrees
16/3/2011 20:13 | Could you at least remove the Long Term Chart, and large one beneath it? | exotic
16/3/2011 20:06 | Greetings Knowing I would normally amend the header of a listed co in line with developments but given history of ZYZ and the possibility that PIs who may have lost out might wish to investigate further, I prefer to leave things as they are until more info about the new direction and its impact on PIs is available. | maytrees
16/3/2011 12:08 | maytrees can you shorten the header now as alot is irrelevant Thanks | knowing
16/3/2011 10:00 | Greetings all and tx for the informative posts. If I recover anything from ZYZ investing I'll be surprised but pleased though. | maytrees
16/3/2011 08:50 | In BWA's interim report for the six months ended 31 October 2010, the Company stated that it had committed to invest up to £25,000 in a delisted AIM company as part of a corporate rescue of that company. BWA is pleased to announce that on Friday 11 March 2011, Zyzygy Plc ("Zyzygy") posted a circular to its shareholders in connection with an Open Offer at 0.25p per Ordinary Share and capital reorganisation to allow it to apply for admission to trading on the PLUS-quoted Market as an Investment Vehicle. On 17 January 2011, Richard Battersby was appointed as non-executive Chairman of Zyzygy and James Butterfield was appointed as a non-executive director of Zyzygy to assist with these proposals. Richard Battersby, Chairman, commented "BWA is pleased to have been able to assist Zyzygy in its reconstruction; this is a further example of BWA deploying its capital in a manner which could enhance shareholder returns". The Directors of BWA Group Plc are responsible for the contents of this announcement. For further information please contact: BWA Group Plc Richard Battersby (Chairman) 07836 238172 St Helens Capital Partners LLP Mark Anwyl or Duncan Vasey 020 7368 6959 | wenlynn
16/3/2011 08:15 | Morning everyone, unfortunately I also still hold a few of these. A little more digging on BWA / Battersby and Butterfield reveals that 2 of the major shareholders of BWA are trying to convene an EGM to have them removed. See the following announcement.... Best regards DM | dm1066
16/3/2011 08:06 | I have just received a wrongly worded letter from Selftrade about the Open Offer. | wenlynn
15/3/2011 22:32 | "[...] The amount of GBP25,000 has already been committed by BWA to pay for certain fees and expenses of Zyzygy in connection with its restructuring. In return, BWA is entitled to receive 25,000,000 new Ordinary Shares in Zyzygy after the General Meeting on 4 April 2011. BWA is also to receive a fee of GBP50,000 for its services to Zyzygy, which is to be settled by the issue of 50,000,000 additional new Ordinary Shares in Zyzygy. All these shares will be allotted to BWA at par value of 0.1p per share. [...]" Seems like more of the same. More incestuous inter-dealing, and no proper explanation for shareholders. I won't be touching them with a bargepole. | exotic |
