series of recent market purchases, has accumulated a share holding of 850,590
ordinary shares of GBP0.10 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the capital of the
Company. The beneficial interest of Prism Nominees Limited represents 3.67% of
the total issued share capital in the Company.

JIM, my thoughts entirely. Pretty sure Regus were sniffing around YSP some time ago. I noticed the RNS over at Regus and had the exact same thought. Could and most likely coincidence but here's hoping!

Jim, its not the first time this outfit has been suspended, I feel the main problem here is sh*te communication. I wish you well on this one but I dont trust them.

just to give us something to think about while we are twiddling our thumbs, our friend at REGUS sold 10% of his holdings yesterday 35 million shares=nearly 36,000,000 pounds he could want some of that money to take your space private or put a chunk in to take control,i believe he always liked the co. Quite a thought and something to think about. JIM

sold out here a long time ago,when a director sells you follow suit,simple really,could go into a lot more detail but hey ho suppose you guys wont be innterested,you weren't when i voiced my concerns months ago.good luck guys but looks grim;-(((

Well I hadn't posted Gorse because I actually felt a bit guilty. I sold yesterday. I hadn't realised how close these were to the limit up on the results date until I saw a post on here at the weekend so when they weakened yesterday I sold. I was only holding 10k so it wouldn't have been a disaster but trying to sell them yesterday was tough. They took 5K at 24p and the other 5K at 20p so rolled together it was 22p.

I suspect the mm's had a whisper to something by the way it was so weak.

Goes to show you need to be diversified if you play these little ones and be prepared for the odd hit imo. starwars - I wouldn't be putting 'small fortunes' into stocks like this imo. Can't be worthy of more than a few percent of your portfolio max imo, for safety sake.

this ysp gives answer. Do not trust them again.
No one answer my question before who sold yesterday and day before ? and whats happening with them ?
no one is looking so this people can do what they like .

JIM, I was gutted first thing, and I'm not altogether positive about the future. I feel that we've been let down by the secrecy of the company and its day to day activities. Going forward, they haven't said they are insolvent, the next RNS migt just say that. I take comfort in that they have Helium Capital heavily exposed & they may step in. If cash is an issue then a heavily discounted rights issue might happen, if anyone is prepared to stump up or underwrite it.
I sent a text to Mr Mealey first thing, & have heard nothing.
Quite perverse considering the interest in commercial property at the moment.
