16/12/2009 15:41 | I've just noticed that the Director who recently resigned was the Chairman of their audit committee - probably not a good sign either | huggy279k
16/12/2009 09:33 | Jim Based on past experience I dont believe they will have their accounts released before the year end. I think they will end up de-listing and us shareholders will be left with nothing. | huggy279k
15/12/2009 16:22 | Well what do we all think?,lets take the emotion out of it first, there are aprox 23 million shares in the co.so if they were to come back on at lets say 1p then the whole co would only be worth 230k not worth saving as the pull back would take so long and credit would be very hard to get along with accounts for goods ex.to carry on with work, and the bank of Ireland would not be happy nor any body else. So i would not be expecting that to happen. I have it in my mind that when news comes of when they come back to the market it will be accompanied with news of new funds coming in or many more shares being offered at a large discount perhaps as many as 100 million at say 5pence giving them £5,000,000 to get this co. back on track (if they can do that with being in a cva) Just my thoughts on this but i do think there will be something to make it worthwhile for people to hold on to the shares because as i said at the start unless the shares are worth money the co.is worthless so lets hope for the best.
