Wakey wakey, news is out!
Can't tell if it's good or bad- depends if the Creditors want the CVA or not. 5.5 million of debt though. Don't understand why those massive Divi's were paid out two years ago when the debt should have been addressed.
As accounts aren't finalised, they remain in suspenders. Main Creditor is HMRC, should be interesting how he feels.

Well i can only guess that nobody has heard anything ? this seems to be going on longer than i thought i still think it,s a bit much not keeping us informed about state of play here, as usual with this co. share holders are the last to find anything out. JIM

You sound surprised JIM. I know you have been a holder like me for some time and are sat on a pretty large loss if we don't see any resolution here. We should have seen the writing on the wall last year when SM sold a fair old chunk of his holdings. Anyway hindsights a wonderful thing. GL.

I would expect something like a cva could take between 4 to 6 weeks with the courts involved,so hopefully mid to end October should be hearing something. Lets all hope its the right news. JIM

At least it's positive. Shares can be bought /sold in the grey market providing there are matched buyer to seller.

THEY are recommending it as a long term holding 5 days after the co was suspended, unless they know more than we do. How are you ever going to know where to invest your money with things like this around. JIM

The Company has been advised by executive director Shaun Mealey, that on 4th June 2007 the Bank of Ireland issued a £500,000 personal
loan to Mr Mealey which was used for his other private business investments. The loan was secured by a charge over 2,100,000 of his shares
in Your Space plc. As a result of the fall in the share price of Your Space plc, Mr Mealey has disclosed that he has breached a financial
covenant within the loan agreement and he is currently in negotiations with the Bank of Ireland to provide additional security.
