it is armour plated Jeffian. Strongly held by farmers! Of course as the weather gets worse folk start ordering heating oil and also they are busy planting winter crops etc. World food shortages due to climate change weather patterns.
See also NWF which should improve with bad weather as they deliver fuel and heating oils

Blimey. It's armour-plated, this stock. The market goes down; it goes up. The market goes up; it goes up some more! Wish I'd had the courage of my convictions when I first came across it a few years ago.

Yes, I really like this company and it's been on my radar to buy for some time but the share price has moved resolutely ahead of my buying range! Now wish I'd just got on and bought it when I first spotted it. Also put off by the spread but that is not uncommon with this sort of share.

Russians stop grain exports and UK price is rising. All helpful for WYN in my view.

Where is everyone??
Excellent and robust set of results - This is a very strong and well run and balanced co . it is in an industry that is vitally important to our economy and also to world food supply. It has good diversity.
The share price should now begin to move towards the £4 mark . A value rather than an incomne play.
good luck

Golden age of agriculture coming up.

Dont want to see a gamble such as buying CRM as Hilton suggests. Prefer steady organic growth coupled with picking up a couple of tasty morsels from the private sector that would be much cheaper.

There are thousands of big agriculture businesses in the UK. I think this mgmt is more shrewd than buying the one listed on LSE.

I think that agriculture is heading for a golden period as a result of shortages and food inflationary pressures that could run for years

Was gonna double up tomorrow when the pay check rolled in, but now its 10% dearer. GUTTED. Hoping for no late reported trades and a walk back down tomorrow, but have a feeling we're seeing a speculative rally instigated by mms holding an excess from those big sells in last few weeks.

We shall see... gl
