DC. was also a problem for us...I thought the update was good but the market disagreed.

Doubled our holding in BT.A and will probably Add more tomorrow before reducing to a moderate position once it has put in the dead cat bounce.

I actually wrote (10.00%)+ and was expecting c(15.00%). Amazed me to note how many idiots there are on these threads...most could only see the Italian overstatement whereas the more serious bit of news was later in the update...an actual profit warning.

Our shares significantly underperformed FTSE100 today with a decline of (0.59%) as opposed to a decline of (0.01%) for FTSE100. We had 20 Shares Up, 26 Down and 4 Unchanged. Added, probably inappropriately, to various losing positions so stock level ticked up further to 62.2%.

Afraid your predicted 10% drop on BT.A turned out to be over 20%Glad you only have a small holding. Are you averaging down or going to sell them?

14 up, 3 level & 7 down. Miners did well, good to see my CEY already in profit. Portfolio back into positive territory :-)

Still waiting for ANTO to retrace, and it just seems to go up day after day. Should have bought at 600p

PZC down today. One of my favourites. Certainly not selling that one.

Only re-bought BT.A last week...(10.00%)+ drop on the cards today after a profit warning and more pronounced irregularities with Italian business...fortunately we are holding relatively light on that one as well.

That's some decent profits you have banked there. Well done.

Unless I trawl through AJ Bell contract notes, my records are a bit sketchy with regard to when I first bought a stock...I think it was 2015 and, at one stage in early 2016, I was holding at an average of 63.8p. I then sold out @ 105.2p in Apr 2016 but then re-bought in tranches during May/Jun @ an average of 101.8p. Sold out again @ 151.3p in Jul 2016 but then re-bought in tranches later in the year...current average is 149.8p.

Bought a handful of CEY - just a token holding. Results on 1st February as you probably know from being a holder. Have you held them long?

Lord knows what Trump might do in the USA, so gold could be a good investment this year

Thought long and hard about this one and nearly bought more BMS to average down before selling. Last year got sucked in by a very convincing and detailed brokers note, saying it was going to 550p and it was backed up by the solid dividend of 26p that had been held unchanged for years.

At the end of the day it's the total worth of my portfolio that matters and i see AMFW having a brighter future and better recovery, so it made sense to sell and put the money in AMFW

No intention of rebuying BMS so have taken it off my monitor altogether. Need to look forward and not back. What's done is done.

Sold BMS - when I look at CKN then BMS should be doing far better. Should have sold after the first profit warning. This is the 2nd profit warning - they come in threes and their Results will be poor and can see the price heading down to 200p or even less.

Never like selling at a loss, but even before the fall today it was the second smallest holding in my portfolio, so has not made a big dent. Lost faith in the management, with oil rebounding last year and the stonger dollar they should be doing better. One of the reasons I have shyed away from Small caps in recent years is lack of information at times and long waits between trading updates, so if they are in sh*t then us Private Inestors are the last to hear about it.

Only Small Caps in my Portfolio now are Investment Trusts and a Renewable Energy Fund which don't carry the same risk as individual Small Cap companies, which helps me to sleep easy at night.

Took advantage of the weakness in price of AMFW today and put most of the money from BMS in there. I can see AMFW doing far better over the coming year and felt that AMFW is a better option at recouping some of my losses.

The results in March from AMFW will tell if I made the right decision today. Time will tell.

Also bought a new stock today. First ever purchase of CEY, one of your's I believe. Did great out of RRS years ago, and with so much uncertainty in the World, gold is a good hedge.

As far as recovery stocks go, BVC is my banker. It has spent many years in gaol, as it were, but this year should see it start to grow properly again albeit mainly through its medical division. I wouldn't be surprised if it doesn't divest or spin off its primarily US based Telecoms arm (TELCO systems) which could end up being a catalyst for a re-rating for the share price

Tempted to sell BMS - lost a degree of faith in management. Look how much better CKN are doing. Turbulent times ahead with this fool in the white house. Gold might be a good investment right now.
