Will reduce BP. holding when it reaches 500p

Our investments market performed against the FTSE100 today with a 0.00% flat performance as opposed to 0.00% also for FTSE100. Of the now 46 shares, we had 22 Up, 19 Down & 5 Unchanged. Stock level 63.1%.

FTSE100's initial fleeting flourish to 7330 means it has extended its Up wave to 12 days and put on 03.33% for the prospective third principal Up wave in the 6677 based Segment which stretches back to 7 Nov 2016 (73 days). Alternatively, the 12 day advance can be viewed as a 90.77% recovery of the prior 13 day Down wave (7354:7094).

As usual, we still do not know what the prevailing trend is!

I also added to my holding in BP. last week. Surprised that Oil has been so weak compared to miners. BP. looks good value compared to miners.

Bought initial tranche of ITV making 46 companies with stock level up to 63.1%.

2017 is now +1.36%Helped today by Kraft wanting to buy Unilever. It boosted both ABF & PZCUtilities & Pharmaceuticals quite strong this week too.Lots went ex-dividend which hurt portfolio. Oil also weak. But I'm catching you up a bit!

Our investments slightly underperformed against the FTSE100 today with a 0.17% improvement as opposed to 0.30% for FTSE100. Of our 43 shares, we had 20 Up, 20 Down & 3 Unchanged.

For the week as a whole our investments ended up gaining 00.60% which was a market performance against the FTSE100 which was Up 00.56% (7259:7300). Overall, our assets were Up 00.34% on the week. The calendar year performance table is shown below :-

Decided that FTSE100 will probably extend beyond 7354 in the next few weeks so upped our stock level to 60.5% from 56.2% at the end of last week.

Not sure what TUI will do from here...it will partly depend whether today's 1113p holds or not. If it does then maybe c13.0% to c1257p but it could just as easily come out of its current segment and travel down to say 1050p in the short-term.

I was impressed with Q1 results and just felt we should still be holding.
