27/1/2017 15:45 | Fatnacker- Now that it is 60/40 split do vog have enough money/income. Also this stock has continually gone down. Could there be a possibility that vog have problems getting money thru the door. Is there a way that the books are being fixed? As something just ain't right. I've just started to do some research into vog again as I've been out along time. I love lots of the business/infrastruct The me cap seems very low. Any info appreciated. You say they are due out some figures so I will start there. | robbie1424
27/1/2017 12:06 | Indeed, in real terms there's little downside difference, and the same will apply 2016/17 but with a high probability of considerable upside. | fatnacker
27/1/2017 11:28 | material not marginal and even more so in Q1 & Q2 2017. | sleveen
27/1/2017 11:15 | so in real terms at this stage of the game the difference is going to be? marginal is the word you're looking for sleveen. | fatnacker
27/1/2017 11:04 | Why won't the figures for Q4 2016 be nowhere near Q4 2015 figures ? pray tell expert ??? ...60/40 split FFS | sleveen
27/1/2017 11:02 | I think he might be relying on the accountancy date change where the second half of 2015 was a 7 month period. | fatnacker
27/1/2017 10:47 | sleveen There is no delay in Q4 figures. VOG get them out by the end of the first month after the quarter end so we have a few days early next week still. "One thing's for sure, they'll be nowhere near the 2015 Q4 figures:" Why won't the figures for Q4 2016 be nowhere near Q4 2015 figures ? pray tell expert ??? | highasakite
27/1/2017 10:19 | I agree the group costs are not part of the GDC operating costs - I don't believe I have ever said they were. Re the $26m, sometime ago I asked very specific questions of the BoD regarding the $26m loan facility and was advised that was larger than VOG needed for the drill given the cash in hand at the time and projected revenues. The larger facility was secured to ensure that potential contingencies would be covered including RSM delaying payments. I suspect that more of the facility has in fact been used due to lower cash flow but I do not believe it has all been spent, I am sure we'll find out soon enough. | clunes100
27/1/2017 10:07 | seriously sleveen? looks to me like you're adding to it " My view is that the $26m will be needed just for VOGs share of capex." | fatnacker
27/1/2017 10:05 | Now here's a thing. 2015 Q4 production was RNSed on 20/1/2016, what's the delay with Q4 2016? One thing's for sure, they'll be nowhere near the 2015 Q4 figures: Highlights -- 7.1mmscf/d Q4 average gas production (Q3 2015: 8.2mmscf/d) -- 73% increase in production average compared to Q4 2014 (4.1mmscf/d) -- Maintained customers and prices despite adverse market conditions -- 625.6mmscf gas sold Q4 2015 (Q3 2015 717.7mmscf) -- 2,867.7mmscf of gas sold for the 12 months to 31 December 2015 (1,271.7 mmscf for the 12 months to 31 December 2014) | sleveen
