Utter rubbish.

Foo has got us to where we are now. A profitable utility.

When the shares were close to 90p last year the royalty situation was the same. Its a red herring.

robbie, partly agree, they need to sort that and push on developing non Grim assets. Then they might have a chance to find fair value. However all of these are long known, knowns, and priced in at this market cap. Always room for them to disappoint but equally lots of room for upside. I reinvested some on the free transfer from Glencore. Excellent potential in the right hands.

I got out of big quite a while ago.
They will go no where until foo goes and they sort out the royalty issue.
He's taken us all for mugs for years.

I always look in from time to time and think big have a bright future with what they have but I'm not putting my money into this until they have had a major shake up.

Any comments on the shambles at BLVN?. VOG should be making hay, especially with the power companies. Guess all hangs on defining a resource that's big and reliable enough that they will make further and longer running commitments.

I read there was a hearing scheduled on 10/1/17 regarding JGs alleged molestation charges, can't find a follow up so I can only assume reporting restrictions apply? I also read that this isn't the first time he's been similarly accused.

The "independent" committee of BoD members is supposed to be sorting out the Foo issue and will have a rough time at the next AGM if they have not moved things along.

The other thing that should be on the list is that all issues with RSM are resolved.

What we need to happen to reach 3 pounds by XMAS:

1) Successful drill results from the current program
2) New off-take agreements with ENEO
3) Confirmation of FLNG and fertilizer projects by third parties
4) Signing of projects for VOG onshore 'know-how' with stranded gas assets across Africa.
5) Detailed plan for Matanda
6) Re-alignment of the KF royalty into VOG Equity
7) Disposal of West-Med

We certainly have the potential.. just need our Dik to deliver..

Last year the update was on the 20th, so expecting one imminently but I suspect timing may be dictated by drilling successes/program.

It's a very Valid Point Fatnacker as it's been a while since consolidation and why would anybody sell now but.... just don't know, The Market behaves very strangely at times. Am I right I saying Yr End accounts for 2016 due April/May, should be due a pre-close & trading update soon
