George the main objective was to receive partner contributions, when that didn't happen vog declared gryndberg in default, it went to arbitration and gryndberg was ordered to pay up or walk, how is that a win for gryndberg exactly?

But at least VOG managed to get Grynberg to pay up, even if it was after Grynberg had materially damaged shareholder value by his actions.

Frankly, I hope Grynbergs empire faulters sufficiently for him to struggle to pay what is owed to VOG (if he currently owes anything)because he would then be in default and we would be rid of him and get the 40% back.

I get the feeling that Grynberg uses arbitration to bully companies into submission and leverage to better any deal he has made whilst it also helps him to manage his cash flow at someone else's expense. With his track record, he is ceretainly someone I would not want to partner with again or ever.

In the arbitration we couldnMt really lose, either way had benefit for VOG.

Anyhoo, decent volume today. If someone did offload 110k then someone took the other side of it; a good sign in a way as usually that size would have to be broken up.

Indeed the company has its issues but royaltys and who gets what isn't one of them in my opinion. if Kf wasn't a potential beneficiarie royaltys would never get a mention, our project partner gryndberg is a huge thorn in the side but rarely gets a mention. he almost broke the company once and I think he's out to try again, I sincerely hope he goes to jail first.

I'm not here to argue with you all just find it a little sad that a company with so much potential cannot seem to move forward with issues they have had for years.

I really hope they shake this company up as there is fantastic potential which I would happily invest in.

Have a look at the last 5 years of charts and you'll see that every January, VOG generally has a 25% rise, where is a 25% rise this year??!! Let's hope the RNS has good news when it arrives - hopefully in the next week, that is before month end.
