BUT NOT VOG PLC costs ie G&A interest etc. almost $5m in interims.


Clunes you may well believe that the $26m is on standby in case Grym doesn't pay his share thats your perogative.

My view is that the $26m will be needed just for VOGs share of capex.

We can agree to differ on the point above but all I say is look at what's been said over the past 5 years and see whats been delivered. In my book one doesn't match the other.

Let's try and clear a couple of things up:

1. Agreed depreciation will have an impact on profits;

2. RSM is not only contributing 40% of drilling costs but also its share of 40% of production costs;

3. The whole point of getting the $26m loan facility was to pay for the VOG's share of the drilling costs and provide a contingency against any problems or RSM failing to cough its share on time;

4. I don't believe RSM is that far behind in payments, I don't believe the $26m has yet been completely committed, VOG is still selling gas and condensate at a high margin over extraction and processing costs which helps pay overheads and drilling costs.

5. We are due an update any day now which will hopefully answer some questions and further de-risk and remove uncertainties about current activities and issues.

6. If someone has any reference to an FCA notice then they should publish it on this BB or be reported for mis informing others.
