Jon,

You're not wrong. But this financial year should present a much more interesting picture of how things are bedding in. We've heard that the new improved cryonite dispenser is proving popular, but I'd like to hear more about the progress of Silvandersson and Valiguard. No doubt we'll get some sort of TS and interims before long.

Well, it's always useful to know how much the directors were paid and what options they've been granted.
The layout of the thing sends a message, too: glossy with pics of directors , kit and bedbugs?

In VTO's case, they score quite well on these factors.

Then there's the 17 pages of notes to the accounts: stuff you either won't find elsewhere, or would take an age to dig out from RNSs.

Jon,

The trouble with the annual report is that it's pretty much retrospective and hence before this year's action.

I see you can download the Annual Report from the website.
I'll come back with any questions I might have.

Some odd trading - perhaps investors are confused by the consolidation

They should make interesting reading, given that those companies acquired were mature and earning.

I wonder if the directors of VTO think they are a proper grown up company now?

Oh well I am certainly looking for the next financial statements to see what progress the various subsid's are up to.

Echo,

I'm now used to consolidations, but was similarly excited the first time I met the process.

Thanks, shame it wasn't a real gain that would have made my day

Basically you now hold 1 share for every 20 shares you did have (1/20th what you had on Friday) but the share price is now 20x higher resulting in no net change effectively - nothing to worry about Echo just works on the basis of making the stock a little more liquid.

Can someone explain this consolidation please, as I appear to be up 1800%

They expect it will be.

Is the consolidation effective from Monday then?

Good to see a continuing trickle of Buys in the majority.

Do I take it that no one attended the AGM?

Interesting to see what share price we open at next week.

More buying today - I note that some unscrupulous broker screwed a client @ 2.25p, when everyone else seems to be paying 1.89p.

Pat,

a few posts back, Underdog mentioned that it was tipped in Moneyweek - that's all I know.

Indeed, not massive value, but an encouraging upturn in interest following the recent tip. Just see a 400K Buy reported @2p - we might yet see a tick-up.
