As I see it, we have the benefit of low operational costs, which helps provide the time to work on securing extra business without tremendous cashflow concerns. However, I am rather surprised that we haven't heard more on performance and work winning - hopefully, that's just down to poor comms by 'the demon headmaster'.

Unfortunately I don't like 'discrepancies' - even in small companies - gives indication of lack of detail or not bothering about the relevant regulations .... !!! Wonder where this lot (VTO) will be this time next year ... ??

What am I missing..?

The previous RNS on PRT's holding was on 19 April giving him as having 21,656,563 shares. So after the share consolidation then this should have made 1,082,828 for him. Subtracting the latest announcement of disposal of 500,000 would give 582,828 left. So that's about 3.14% of the latest notified amount of shares in issue (18,515,244). Well, that's above 3% - but latest RNS is notice that he's below 3% now.... so what I am missing?

So PRT has gone below the 3% threshold - it would be interesting to know how for how long that trade was being worked. Hopefully, we might see a recovery from now on - a little news would certainly help.

An uncharacteristically large Sell of 500K @ 17p - interesting to see if we get an RNS. Probably the reason for the recent share price drift - with minimal liquidity, it's possibly taken a while to complete.

You make a fair point and I suppose we won't know the full details for a while. However, surely it's reasonable to assume that this is a worthwhile deal for VTO and opens up an alternative business route, both commercially and geographically.

What worries me is still this (from post #296):

I read that VTO sold 152 Cryonite units in 2006. With T/O of £244,000 that's £1,600 each. Since they will also be charging for support, maybe £1,200 is a better guess. And they have an order for 150 more.

This RNS is an initial order of 20, "lease and supply". Now that's not the same as "sell", and we don't know what recurring revenues are being generated (supply of CO2 refills, servicing, training, etc.) so we're still riding on potential.
Plus the lack of any information about other recent acquisitions.

H1 results in (?) September should help, but until then I'm not taking a position.
