There appears to be some fairly decent sized buys going through now.

The share price having slipped down below 0.4 can only be seen as disappointing for long term holders expecting the share price to quite a bit higher by now.

Still no sign of licence for BP is very disappointing to say the least.

I was talking about over the next 4-6 months for the new uptrend. It'll come as the company reaches profitability, releases the feasibility on Faneata, completes drilling at Carlibaba, releases those assays and potentially gets the BP licence. There's enough going on here from mid July (feasibility) right through the rest of the year.

Well today could be the start of a good week and back to 0.4 range and start of a new uptrend ready for the quarterlies

Well I have 6m of these and 4m PREM .. i think both companies have a very good future and are both very undervalued.

I have bought in with a 2 - 3 year timescale in mind and then see where we are then :)

Hi re uptrend i was looking at long term, mid December we touched a low, and hoping the (agreeing in a way) that currently what seems to be downward/midpoint but this is lack of news and possibly over promising but this is AIM where sentiment rules not what potential there exists and don't think technically it should be. Don't think RNS like the other day helps where it was not apparent what the difference was. Shareholders are rightly peeved off not hearing about the BP licence but this is Europe (look at AST how long it took).

I think BP will be good when it comes but currently the big event is the JV and Zagra/Maniala.

Wish I knew Bill but there is some talk on the LSE site which does sound encouraging, it might be close but we have thought that for a long time of course.

My gut feeling is we could now be close but until we have it pinned on the office wall and we see the RNS !

It broke the upward channel around April and has been in a period of consolidation since as IHNC pointed out. However, given the projected profitability later this year and current pipeline of news a new upward channel is likely to establish soon.

32sam ... you need glasses if you think the share is showing uptrend.

It was until March where the uptrend was broken and it has been in a down trend since then. We are currently sat just above the middle of this downtrend.

Uptrend is in the chart a I see (not a chartist) but once we have news this should start moving. I am especially interested in the next quarter update which I feel will be excellent and secondly the Zagra and Manaila licences whichhave huge potential.

Yes, all the pieces are coming together.

Roy has warned of teething troubles so not plain sailing but no new venture like this goes without a hitch.

No reason why this should not be multiples in a few months

Yes there seems to be confidence due to reduced payment in the Romanian Court, and there doesn't seem to be a further appeal but hard to say as its quite hard to research on the sites.

Seriously I like the sound of this talk of JV which should sort funding issues out once and for all to see production ramped up all round.

Also there does appear to be some confidence that we could soon see the BP licence.

Been away for a while, looks progress being made. Hopefully, news round the corner.

Court case as mentioned above and if no appeal means we can put that at rest

Thanks for posting that Nicos that is interesting.

Events have not gone as we would have liked but if this does have a bearing on getting that oh so elusive licence then that will clearly be good news and I'm quite sure will see VAST's prospects looking forwards much brighter.

Roy Pitchford sounded very positive in his recent interviews with some interesting things to be considered.

Looks like something happened with the ongoing court case. Looks the amount we owe them was finally confirmed last month (12th may) (sorry I've been busy and not following)

Looks like we won and are only paying them £400k instead of the inflated price they initially wanted. Good work by who ever has been leading this.

"Admits the application for ancillary intervention in support contestatoarei Baita formulate the Department for Privatization and Management of State and therefore: Has the creditor enrollment in the supplementary table Baita SA receivables debtor SC MINERAL MINING SA with a debt of 2,462,299, 62 lei. The right of appeal within seven days of notification of this decision. Delivered in open court today 05.12.2017. "

Must mean licence isn't far off. I think this was the main thing holding it back.
