Can someone please explain if 49.9% is valued at 1.135m dollars then the read across valuation is 2.270m dollars for the 100%.

So why are you all so bullish?

To me VAST is interesting for the Romanian licences (Zimbabwe has a lot ahead of it). I make the assumption that VAST is making connections and viewing further opportunities in what seems to me to be a neglected, but resource rich, part of Europe. Its Romanian potential that attracts me, of course Zim (post problems)

The P Investor.......looking longer term if things go well and no more slip up we could be looking at a £100m + market cap in the coming years, but I don't see that happening overnight. We still need that BP licence of course. Also there will be further dilution as warrants that are in the system are exercised.

Spent all morning reading the RNSs since the 20/12/2016 results.

Outstanding story. Really impressive.

I also love the quality and frequency of communication with shareholders.

I was here before at 0.38 ish as a punt but now this is my long term investment.

Has anybody a price target fir the next 1,3,5 years?

In with 3k at .5365

Thx

Quite an insightful post from 'Leemorris' at 20:22 on Wed from the LSE board.
Apparently, Vast pulled off quite an advantageous deal.
______________________________________________________

WOW…..What an RNS from Vast Resources this is. Tip your hats guys to vast and Andrew Prelea over in Romania, he is the mastermind behind the significant progress we are making in Romania.

We now currently own 100% of the Manaila Polymetallic Mine, hidden within the depth of the RNS is a very interesting statement (Discussions are continuing concerning further transactions in relation to Sinarom, which could include the introduction of a joint venture partner and / or securing debt at the subsidiary company level to help increase production at both Manaila and advance the newly acquired Piciorul Zimbrului and Magura Neagra licences, which are proximal to Manaila).

It seems this very important factor has been missed by many, the newly acquired Zargra mining licenses which are currently valued at approx $30 billion are attracting the possibility of a JV or Debt funding at subsidiary level. Debt funding within the Romanian operations. If this isn’t enough to wet your taste buds read the following “Both licences have demonstrated their prospectivity for polymetallic mineralisation and Vast is considering the potential to develop these assets as part of an enlarged Manaila Metallurgical Complex”. With the recently 20X enlargement of Manaila and the new licenses Vast seem to be setting up a Hugh mining complex around the Mining area including Manaila and Zargra.

The consideration for the purchase of the shares and outstanding loan account owned by Mr Ni Jin Ming is US$1,135,000, with US$400,000 payable by 31 March 2017 and the balance of US$735,000 on 30 April 2017. The initial payment will be funded from existing cash resources whilst the final instalment payable on 30 April 2017 is expected to be funded by the Company raising additional funding at the asset level, which it expects to complete shortly. (Vast recently sold 50% of their stake in the Pickerston Peerless Mine in Zimbabwe, for a sum of $4 million and a $4million loan. Andrew Prelea has not only not used a single $ of the funds this buy out, and looks like we will be securing even further debt funding to pay back the final instalment of $735,000.

Vast has played this very cleverly, Andrew Prelea has not only pulled of an amazing business deal but has saved Vast approx $1.6 million. The outstanding debt to Mr.Zheng was $2.08million we have purchased this debt for $1.165 million, a saving on the total debt of $915,000. Hey it does not stop there Vast Resources are now free of the payment due to Mr Ni Jin Ming of $646.000 on receipt of the Baita plai mining license.

We have all waited a very long time for this sort of movement from Vast, the time has come to allow Vast to become 1 of the biggest miners in Europe.
