My guess is it will come Laptop but if it doesn't soon then it does not look good I'm afraid. But any significant upside from here could well be some time in coming which is not good for those with large investment at the much higher price a lot have paid. However for those buying in here if the licence suddenly appears they should have something to smile about.

Wonder what the BPP time table is?? This year or is Roy just trying to keep the fairy tale alive....its crazy how long it is taking to get this licence. Sometimes i think surely its coming in the next few months but i have been saying that since early last year. I just don't understand why its not been granted if VAST have done everything required???Yorgi i agree the BPP vital, imo its make or break for VAST as current operations are not profitable and probably won't be for some time. What will the JV bring to the table apart from billions of shares and who are they? Its all very mysteries....typical VAST...lol.Sorry to sound like a de-ramper but i got stung by VAST over the years and recently i sold out through frustration in the company. On a positive not it could all come together but it needs the BPP to start the re-rate imo.

Something is needed that's certain to restore confidence in VAST which there is clearly little at the moment.

I understand all that but I think where we disagree is the importance of the BP licence as BP does in my view dwarf all of our other assets. I might be being overly gloomy and I hope I am but the market clearly is at this time and the recent production update did nothing to change that.

At a time too that copper and zinc prices are very strong, the most important thing right now is increased production, grade of the concentrate and achieving profitability. That all seems to be going very much to plan making the current market cap look too low regardless of the BP licence.

Yorgi,

Yes I'm well aware of the asset and the need for the mining licence. What I am pointing out though is that there is a lot more to VAST than just the BP mining licence. Just a little surprising that investors seem to focus very little on the assets that are in production and significantly increasing production from last Q as that is where the profitability and free cash flow will come from this year. Current drilling, assays and feasibility none of those are related to the BP licence. To ignore these is to basically ignore 80% of the company.
