Sportbilly you need to read up on warren buffets investment strategy. While you are accumulating you want the share to be unloved and in the doldrums. Not rising.. take a look at some of his comments around ibm and look at him sitting pretty now.. he bought when everyone else was selling..

....... and I've never heard such rubbish as the 'SP being pushed ahead of where they want it' Its about buyers and sellers. If the buying volume continued the share price would have risen. there were more buyers, than sellers. Consequently if sellers piled in, without buyers, the share price would have dropped.

You also said, they had never made such a RNS before, they did in 2015. Their Nomad guides them through the rules of AIM. Using your analogy they also did not have to issue one then.

I am more interested why the board presented the plan on consolidation etc without the actual plans and what's taking so long. Unless its linked to some corporate action.

...... And also why buyers come at this price, normally the MM's have ruthlessly dropped back again.

...... And also what caused that 'churn' of stock of probably around 30m that pushed price up from 1.75 to 7p in about 40 trading days. If you look at the charts volume from the whole year January to early Dec is not close to those 40 trading days. Oh yes its all those pi's and of course they are responsible for holding the price now.

A catalogue of disasters that UEN did well to survive. So, on that basis, Calm is right, they do have a great story to tell. Still, it needs telling this quarter, as promised on some fronts...

The early money last month was ahead of the game and, in my view, pushed the share price ahead of where the BoD want us to be for now. I've never heard so much rubbish about them being forced to make a statement without wanting to.

I don't always get the "I'll top up if it drops to xp" comments...If it does drop, then current buyers are under water and possibly might consider selling....the 'waiting' buyers then hold off further as they suspect it might fall further...a few more sells thus putting more pressure on the sp, ultimately creating a vicious circle and people become wary of buying into a company whose share price performs in such a manner full stop.If you feel it is under valued at current levels then buy. If not either continue hold or sell.People generally buy a rising share price, not a falling one

Lots to come and with Adler invested seriously here ,NO more Suspensions, Failed drills ,Police raids ,mysterious oil losses ( probably money too) ,electrical fires or dodgy director deals this time please .

if you go to there website print of their presentation date 2015 and then look at what they said they were looking to do ...they have delivered ++...people seem to miss the fact this is an oil company that makes money , continues to increase production and cuts costs..and intend to reward shareholders in the form of a div ...they have been under the radar for along time and now have a great story to tell so are making plans to tell it ..imho

I guess Calm, the jury is still out here, as ever.

How many times have you, 'we', expected an improved set of circumstances and proper share price appreciation towards peer fair value only to find the BoD don't follow through?

Superted might be implying you are happy if it goes down so you can buy more cheaply, yet, perversely, that puts recent buys well under water. Averaging down is not possible really here until it gets back to 3p for many, and plenty are looking for more than 6p to beat her easier again.

As I said the other day, they have until the end of this quarter to deliver good updates and clarification on Capital Reduction and divvy prospect ideas.

whats your problem with me...all i do is highlight why i like and buy a share ..i research hard ,speak to Management get comfortable with the stock then if appropriate build stake..
