06/3/2017 13:42 | From the presentation the below is what to expect in 2017.. Petrosakh - increased production + marketting of higher margin refined products 1. Workovers at Petrosakh to maintain production at 1100bopd 2. Drilling 1 new well and workovers at South Dagi to add 290bopd production 3. Increase utilisation of refinery to sell high margin products through both increased production and acquisition of third party crude. 4. Procure marine terminal licence to sell (via export) of higher margin product. Arcticneft - increase production + assessment/optimisat 1. Complex development and workover program + reactivation of idle wells to increase production. 2. Assessment of acquired Arctic Oil wells + re-entry of idle wells. 3. Assessment of fraccing potential to increase production + implementation. 4. Increased revenue through 2 tanker shipments reflecting increased production Komi assets - possible increase/reserve extensions - development drilling 1. Reinterpretation of existing seismic to assess possible licence area extensions 2. Drilling of one well and creating field development program + approval. 3. Above would make licence more attractive/marketabl Overall - increase in visibility and value to potential investors through increased marketing, partnerships (farminees), reserves upgrades (through drilling/seismic reinterpretation/fur | djmoggy
06/3/2017 13:06 | Wow nice update. Fracking!! | calmtrader
06/3/2017 13:06 | Slide 24 of the presentation- implies a 6x share price increase to match FSU peer group on 2P boe basis.Let's hope they can turn the strategy into reality | sportbilly1976
06/3/2017 12:53 | Among other things, the results of this study indicate that during the period from the fourth quarter of 2015 to the fourth quarter of 2016, Urals Energy's increases in production and 2P reserves were better than that at comparable quoted Former Soviet Union ("FSU") peers. At the end of the fourth quarter 2016 the Company continued to trade at a discount (in terms of reserves and production) to its quoted FSU peers, and had the lowest valuation for its 2P reserves amongst its quoted FSU peers. The valuation of the reserves of quoted FSU companies remain at a significant discount to all AIM quoted oil and gas companies. | gregpeck7
06/3/2017 12:51 | Nice update.. will take a look at the presentation.. looks like production should be heading higher and is stable. | gregpeck7
06/3/2017 11:00 | Agreed about the interest sum djm, but the clear implication is more loans will be required... It is the unclear nature that concerns me, but probably just too tainted with the past performance here and they do have a decent idea why they would want to take more loans on prior to June's shipment, and it will be share price enhancing and shareholder friendly. The cap on the momentum needs properly explaining. Why do it if they are in agreement, as many here are, that a more realistic peer and reserves and cash-flow NPV would/should see UEN valued at £40-50m. Which would be 15-20p... It is hard to get around the disconnect if the company are not inclined to let the market reset our price upwards for once. It's not like we have no reserves or production after all... 06/3/2017 10:50 | It's just a very small amount of working capital - if required - arcticneft revenue only arrives (now) twice a year so it's to cover any workovers or towards development drilling short term. The interest of 15% is standard in Russia and the amount they will pay on borrowing is so insignificant (to the company) that it's not even worth worrying about as a shareholder. | djmoggy
06/3/2017 10:40 | Lol djm, they want people to pay for such a service no doubt! Good buying lads, makes sense at these prices but still not complacent with the history of this company as some of the same players are on the BoD who have legacy issues attached to them. There does appear to be a fresh attitude to make things happen though and even though the proof is in the pudding and all that, it is a hopeful sign. No-one any comments on the Articneft loan necessity? That was one of the old ways that I never much liked, but perhaps someone can put a better, positive spin on why it was necessary last week? 06/3/2017 10:32 | Thanks Chav. It's just the algorithm that advfn use to report trades. As the trade price is below mid it's shown as a sell even though I bought. You'd think in this day and age that the LSE would able to provide an accurate feed of trades with buy and sell flags so financial sites can show a true reflection rather then depending on crude guesses which skew the true picture! | djmoggy |
