09/4/2018 12:59 | Widen the spread to justify dropping the price, DAVE why would the warrants get triggered surely I would be buying in the open market unless you are suggesting that the price jumps to 20-25 between now and when they lapse? Which would justify them being exercised | sweepie2
09/4/2018 12:56 | L3 still strong but very difficult to secure anything of 100,000 plus. However, suppose those 100,000 shares are now worth £9k where just 3 weeks ago £3k to buy. Value always comes out and have some way to go to reflect current true value. | ebomber
09/4/2018 12:56 | 424K buy ? | still waiting
09/4/2018 12:56 | I was under the impression that warrants were an option to buy at a certain price before a certsin date. I don't think there is any compulsion to buy them and as such they are not 'triggered' so much as 'become a good idea'. If the share price is 12p on the day the warrants expire it may be a good idea for the warrant holders but it may not be. If the price is 11p there will be no takers. If the price is north of 12p you might get some takers. I don't think anyone ought to assume that a 12p share price on warrant expiration day means they will all be bought and there will be millions pouring into Tern coffers. | mike routhorn

09/4/2018 12:55 | If the warrants are triggered (which I don't think they will unless we get a big price surge)they would stop any future placings , if A/S can avoid buying anything we would be well funded until orders really start flowing in. All looking very good still undervalued by a mile . | wardy333
09/4/2018 12:54 | So people think this will keep rising based on NO official RNSWill you be the one who is spiked , as many have and are dumping while ramping and they move on | jimmyhoffa262
09/4/2018 12:54 | Pure ramping can go a long way in this case has gone from 3p to 8pThat's enough to show as history repeats it never should have gone this high in the first place Sell now dnt be impaled on the spike like the rampers would like while they exit with profit and still ramp | jimmyhoffa262
09/4/2018 12:52 | Comodo launch date is my bet | sweepie2

09/4/2018 12:50 | if the warrants get triggered that means more buying pressure, so the share price jumps up some more, correct? | andrbea
09/4/2018 12:50 | andrbea. whichever figures you use the total market is just so vast Keyscaler should be sold for a mouth watering amount, we just need to hold onto it long enough !!! | still waiting

09/4/2018 12:49 | I do not think it needs news to trigger them - I believe the momentum is there now | dave444
09/4/2018 12:48 | I'm thinking there is going to be a significant piece of news before Thursday to trigger those warrants.....and they have possibly known this in comfort for a little while. | flashheart
09/4/2018 12:47 | Are you idiots sure you are not mixing up your brain cell with a piece of fluff? | loughton

09/4/2018 12:45 | Correct SW But JP Senior bought a notifiable interest in TERN last week for a reason. You need to follow the money of those in the know. | ebomber
