The Board intends to consider options to refinance this facility and with this in mind will be calling a general meeting in the near term to increase available headroom to issue ordinary shares which will provide flexibility with regards to both repaying the loan and providing for future working capital needs. Further announcements will be made in due course as appropriate.

Maybe some sort of tipsheet is trying to convince people what a buy it is, I really can't believe this is up on that terrible news release.

There must be some really naive punters around, the word "review" is never good, IMO.

Bite your lip the update was a surprise.

The interest rate might be high but it's £75k to pay back not £750k, they pay the same
in broker fees on placings so not different

I think this will do over 100%, the market cap is tiny

So they can't get equity funding to secure Company long term

They can't get equity funding to keep the lights on

They can only get emergency funding from a Corporate 'payday loan' vendor at excruciating interest rates!

Oh and one of the few impressive members of the Management team is going.

Things at AERO are way more desperate than even us realists assumed

I wouldn't lend this lot money at 50% interest, I don't like the company they keep.

clearly no appetite whatsoever int he market for even a deeply discounted placing in the market for that sort of loan to be used.

The loan looks expensive but I can only assume the BOD have decided it is better than a discounted placing. They will know a lot more than any of us. Overall encouraging as I read it.

I would have liked to have seen some further contracts before now but hopefully they will be delivered.

Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights

The Company is also making an application for 3,428,571 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. These Ordinary Shares are being issued in respect of consulting fees accrued amounting to £12,000. It is expected that admission will occur, and dealings in the Consulting Shares will begin, at 8.00 a.m. on 28 November 2016 ("Admission"). These shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares.

Placing commission would only be what 7-10%. Obvious they can't get a placing away.


Short Term Loan Facility

Strat Aero has executed a £300,000 six month loan facility with a secured fixed and floating charge with Farina Investments (UK) Ltd at an interest rate of 25% over the six month term.

You lot want good news? Well the good news is that Strat Aero has an excellent package of services, and together with the new management strategy is making good progress in this rapidly expanding sector - that is why the shares are not even lower! This is a positive!

It's interesting that the id bygdennis was set up in mid 2015, but remained dormant until April 2016, and has then posted predominantly on this thread ever since!

HS' court documents included an email from Jonathan at Air Communications confirming he had been posting on BB's trying to generate interest in AERO, and even offering to write RNS! He mentioned "BB heroes" as being a problem!

Around that time Yorgi ceased posting on AERO for a few months, and BYGdennins became the prominent poster, defending the company in every post.

All coincidental of course........................

There are a number of these charlatans around but I think they are all different. Y is obviously a "promoter" if you check his postings on a number of these two bit companies. Also look out for the likes of Dice1950 and his multi-aliases. Dishonourable mention must also be made for the likes of Tara/Paperbin/Tenbagman, Hedgehog, and a host of other dubious characters.

I cannot fathom for the life of me whether Byg is just a gullible simpleton or a plant set up as a ruse to encourage the even more foolish to part with their cash. Nothing will surprise me about the machinations of the market or its participants. Fascinating to watch nevertheless.
