Andy, That's no answer, Just More lies or, Have you proof Aero paid out because of this e.mail? Where do you lot get this stuff from? The matter was settled and you nor anyone else will know the details.
It was hardly the 2 million + contested or not was it?
Thing is Andy, Investors aren't stupid and will invest at the best price they can, You said so yourself or have you forgotten!
Thing is you lot are just pushing for more, Sometimes people get caught up in their own importance and agenda and don't want to see what's right in front of them.

So, where is the proof of this "progress" you refer to? I cannot find it in news releases, so where are you finding it? Are you an insider Dennis?

And if "progress is good", why is the share price falling and why can't they raise fresh funds via equity instead of a payday loan at 50% PA?


Please answer these questions in a lucid manner without filibustering or waffle.

Dennis,

The email stuff looks genuine to me, and AERO paid out on it, and gave away 11.7% of the company so my answer to you is it looks genuine and the company didn't contest it, and paid out on it, why should anyone doubt it?

Surely the people concerned would have taken HS to court if anything was wrong?

What planet are you on? Sulking because there's buying today, All that's not going well is the SP, That's all, and has been for months as we know.
When it is realised there is on evidence good potential here, then investment will probably improve, Can't get much worse can it? although you are as usual trying hard to make it look that way.

Dennis,

You're getting really desperate now!

Everyone has already made up their minds based upon the court documents openly available in the public domain.

And Strat Aero have capitulated and paid out on the court case so if the papers weren't accurate why didn't they contest the case? Come on, if the papers are wrong, why did Strat AERO pay him out $75K and 11.7% of the company? Answer the question!

firstly, there have not been any lies!


Secondly, I am saying it is proof that a promotion was being run, that isn't "wrongdoing" per se, just proof that the company were paying for promotion, in itself not a crime, many companies do that and it's part of the finance industry.


Where it gets murky is you have to ask yourself if the people doing the promotion identified themselves as having a vested interest when they posted on ADVFN and LSE to entice mug punters to buy the stock?


ADVFN's rules are clear on this.

People can judge for themselves, no hearsay, just court papers lodged in the US courts.

AERO subsequently capitulated and paid out the plaintiff, Hulsey Smith, so one would imagine the papers to be accurate, or surely they would have contested the case?

I have never worked for Shareprophets, and (almost) everyone knows that.

Tom backs some stocks I think are terrible, and most people can see that I don't follow all his picks.

Underneath the surface here I suspect there is something else going on, maybe one or two people are having their own private battle, and know each other quite well?


AERO is the first time we have it confirmed that someone was paid to promote a stock on bulletin boards, in papers submitted to a US court!


The person or people that are being hostile to me here seem to be connected to that, it's not hard to work out who has been pumping here, in fact the name 'Yorgi' is named as the pumper on ADVFN in the papers submitted to the court, and you can find that on page 26 of the link posted recently, or I can supply it if you need me to.

Further down is an email from a Jonathan Verney with the subject "sp pump", mentioning posting on BB's and offering to write RNS for this company! He specifically mentions "shareprophets" and "BB heroes", and this was months before I ever posted here.

Thanks for your suggestion, but the only person or people being hostile to me seem to be those connected with promoting this company on the BB's.

I can live with that.
