It's 5u million shares .We owned 44 percent of Concorde which I equate to be 5% of the ipo .maybe someone can correct me but even if it's 1% then to sve it's worth 10 mill which works out 20p on nav here I'll be taking further look today and will try to update before the open tomorrow Either way if your a holder don't sell as June looks like it's going to be a stormer here

Not a lot to go on.But my best guess is at ipo sve holding could be valued at $4m usd.

So according to my data we have a current market cap of £1.65m. The predicted market cap of 10m would mean our stake in the ipo would have to be £8m +. Something very wrong there toolsmoker. I really hope your onto something but that's a hell of a return on £100,000!!

Any holding in Kuwait Energy appears to be as a result of a previous holding in Concorde Oil and Gas.

I don't think we do. Most of Starvest's stakes in companies various over the years have been £25k or £50k. I think the highest I'm aware of is £100k.

So it looks like Kuwait energy are listing on the lse. They are raising $150m ishDo we know what size of stake we hold in Kuwait energy?

There is a certain ipo happening in the next month take a look at the valuation I think we have a decent holding in that Mkt cap will be 10 to 12 million by then

Just doubled my holding in AAU from 200k shares to 400k shares, so hopefully if something is coming it involves them!

No idea what the reason has been. I've reduced from a 350k share holding to 200k though with sells of 100k at 4.25p and 50k at 4.00p. From what my spreadsheet says, the current share price is above the value of the portfolio of shares!

I already have holdings in AAU and GGP anyway, so may well use the proceeds to top those up.

They complain in the annual report about these being undervalued compared to the value of the investments, and I know they have been taking shares in lieu of fees recently, but it wouldn't hurt to see the directors buying some shares in the market.

used to hold these back in the day when they even issued a special divi... but disappointing performance from bruce on this one... and way too illiquid. have recently taken an interest in metal tiger which operates in a similar sphere, but also has far more diverse range of activities, including direct operations. like sve have a big exposure to greatland which should do nicely for them
