GGP could climb.
No idea how it will benefit us.
I remind you of Nordic E.

Good RNS from Primulus (PRIM) who hold 37m GGP shares. I've suggested to Callum Baxter that a similar RNS from SVE would not go amiss!

Absolutely. If you bought 100k SVE shares which would cost roughly £3000 at present, you are effectively getting 153727 GGP shares which would have cost £3459 at 2.25p in the market. That's enough to make it a bargain buy.

However, you also get approx £1000 in other benefit, ie a share of the £120k cash, and the holdings in other shares. So a real bargain!

And remains relatively unknown unlike the much smaller Primorus holding. Certainly still looks like GGP at a discount here.

GGP at 2.25p gives NAV here of 4.5p

Great RNS from GGP this morning should add significantly to the NAV here. 85m GGP shares in the portfolio.

The NAV update from 8th March confirms my spreadsheet is still in the ballpark.

Still too small.
& punters cannot buy.
No wonder there is a large NAV discount.

Were you trying to buy through an ISA? Or another collective investment product? If not, you should always be able to buy the stock directly as a retail investor as long as you sign a disclaimer.

Here's what they said:

This stock has been restricted due to PRIIPs regulations which came into effect from Jan 2018 which requires manufacturers of certain types of investment to provide a Key Information Document (KID) to customers before investing.

This key document outlines important information about the investment including its risks and the costs. We’ve assessed all of the stocks available via our service and concluded that this particular stock is caught by this regulation but does not have the required key documents available. We have therefore restricted this stock from further investment via our service – though existing holders can continue to hold them until they are ready to sell.

Double grrrr !!

That sounds like something you should take up with the Chairman/CEO - cbaxter@starvest.co.uk

Where can I buy SVE shares??

With GGP at 2p, the 85m share-holding is worth £1.7m, yet the Mkt Cap at 2.7p mid is only £1.49m.

The NAV of the entire portfolio is approx 4.1p. The discount is crazy at the moment, but with 1.6m shares in my ISA I'm fully loaded!

SVE cannot pay their overheads in cash.
Too small.

Sitting invested in SVE is certainly a far less bumpy ride than being in GGP directly. At 1.86p for GGP, NAV is approx 4.0p.
