Just looked back at some of my previous posts.

On 12th October 2017 these were 5p when GGP was 1.6p. The SVE valuation at the time did seem to get well ahead of the valuation of the portfolio.

Not the case this time though. SVE will be issuing an RNS sometime soon with the portfolio valuation as at 30th June. I'm hoping that will wake the market to the current discount of 30%+.

Market Cap £1.53m at 2.9p mid.

GGP holding alone worth £1.74m at 2.05p.

Portfolio NAV now approx 4.8p per share.

I've been trying to run my own spreadsheet put together over quite a few years.

I make the current NAV 4.5p, so a 30%+ discount. The company will be issuing an update to 30th June sometime soon, so I'll see how my figure compares to theirs!

Have followed my own advice I put on the GGP thread the other day. Sold 250k GGP at 1.84p and put that into 150k SVE.

Now holding 1.25m GGP and 700k SVE.

The buy in SVE was effectively buying 240k GGP back (they hold 85m), plus a share of the holdings SVE have in ORCP, ALBA, KEFI, AAU etc. Also, in the last report SVE had £270k in cash, which means my 150k shares benefit from £765 of that.

I'm now holding 1.32% of SVE.

The holding of GGP now worth £1.4m. NAV of SVE around 4.3p. Get 'em while they are cheap.

Wish I had spare cash to top up myself, but I hold 550k SVE and more importantly 1.5m GGP so I have plenty of exposure that is going great guns!!

GGP has exploded up through 1p; 1.18p as I type, so that holding now £1m+. NAV for SVE now 3.5p+.

GGP has sprung back into life. That holding now worth £637k to the portfolio.

Oracle Power (ORCP) has just sprung back into life. Hopefully SVE are still holding 21.87m shares at £350k+ in value now.

Have traded a bit the last couple of weeks again. Sold 150k at 4.6p on 5th January. Bought them back today at 4.3p. Also sold 100k at 4.411p on 5th January. Probably won't invest that back in SVE as keen to top up on IQE while the shorters have depressed the price.

Current NAV from my spreadsheet is 5.35p.

I wasn't far out with my estimate of 4.8p v the 4.94p they announced. Gives me confidence that my spreadsheet is in the ballpark.
