28/4/2013 12:06 | Good presentation, thank you. | rrr
27/4/2013 21:04 | Thanks Mozy that's a good listen and very positive | jimbowen30
26/4/2013 10:32 | Agreed..I've listened to the young guy who started SSL and he seems very focused on the money ..ie not on a ego trip with regard SLW, my understanding is that they have a royalty agreement with Barrack, who may not have the PM...check it out on silverdoctors...well worth a listen..as usual DYOR First Majestic...anybody who sells AG at $27oz (check their web site) when spot price is circa $22 seems to be somebody pretty sure of themselves or of course deranged...only time will tell..I know which way I think MML is by far my biggest holding, followed by FR...But as we used to say round the card tables.... It's make your mind up time..and I'm all in.. I just don't see how the hell the economy gets out of this mess. A more interesting question is how do you safeguard your money when the system goes down. The banks are going to steal the lot..we are going to get Cyrussed.....£85k counterparty guarantee no more.....and a lot of us are in Nominee accounts....methinks I can smell MF Global Any suggestions welcomed. As Kyle Bass ( or was it Gerald Celente) says... guns gold and a getaway plan...I want to see the getaway plan | terry toons
26/4/2013 09:26 | Hi Terry SSL is the best way to invest in mining equities IMO so it's my biggest holding by far. After that I strongly believe MML is the best gold producer, although its only a one mine company at present. They are sitting on some very prospective tenements. Also invested in Cey as it's another great project. I'm not in First majestic (yet) but it's the best silver miner around IMO. I'm sure there are other stocks that could outperform from here but think it's wise to stick with quality | jimbowen30
26/4/2013 09:20 | I think what a lot of us have learned over the last few years is the importance of being in the best, safest, best run miners. For my sins I also hold AGQ, but would like to ditch them asap as the mgt do not seem that impressive,to put it mildly. No more jam tomorrow and keep away from areas where politicians seem to think the rule of law does not really apply to them. Well at least COMEX and GS have been found out this last two weeks...I wonder what happens from now on? First Majestic have beta of twice SLW so take your choice. | terry toons
25/4/2013 17:34 | I am here too - also in SLW, MML and CEY.. (not First Majestic). | rrr
25/4/2013 15:24 | You seem to be the only one on this site. I've just bought my first lot of SSL. A bit better than SLW which seems to have lost the plot a bit with their Vale placing, so if it's going to be a royalty company I think this is probably the best about. Like you heavily into MML and Cey but also First Majestic. Like a lot of people on these boards I've been heavily hit by the take down, but unlike 2008 a lot more relaxed about it...strange feeling. | terry toons
21/4/2013 05:03 | worth a listen: | jimbowen30
09/4/2013 06:49 | Plenty of growth for streaming: | jimbowen30
05/4/2013 06:11 | Here's a link to a new coverage note from RBC on Sandstorm: There is a decent board on stockhouse with some good posters for those who haven't checked it out | jimbowen30
05/4/2013 02:09 | hi deka Good to see you here. IMO this is the best way to invest in gold after physical with a top class management team. It's my largest equity holding....followed by MML, which I've been in since jan 09. I'm still in CEY too. These are all bargains IMO if you can take a two year view. Sentiment is so depressed towards gold related investments that we can't be far from the bottom.... | jimbowen30
04/4/2013 18:36 | just thought i would take a look , never held shares in a streaming co before, looks interesting. | deka1
26/3/2013 14:12 | Well that's encouraging! | rrr
26/3/2013 12:05 | Interesting how the volume has generally increased in the last several months on the long-term chart above. | rrr
12/3/2013 10:25 | Some great charts showing Sandstorm will be producing some serious cashflow.... | jimbowen30
08/3/2013 09:55 | That's more like it! | rrr
08/3/2013 02:18 | Good article.... Think we will look back on the current price as a bargain in a couple of years | jimbowen30
01/3/2013 12:21 | That's a good point, my ISA is 'full' this year so that might be worth waiting for. | rrr
01/3/2013 11:59 | rrr - buy more! I'm hoping it doesn't move too much before 6th April as want to put this years ISA allowance in Sandstorm | jimbowen30
01/3/2013 11:11 | Thanks Jim. My investment here not looking too clever after my high hopes! What to do, sell, buy more, just hold tight??? | rrr
01/3/2013 09:31 | Worth a read. | jimbowen30
23/2/2013 16:52 | Thanks greasynut. | rrr |
