I would still like to know how this deal is structured. No RNS should mean no SPD involvement but the telegraph business section says the deal was funded by SPD but the buyer was Four Marketing. As £31m was mentioned its a significantly bigger deal (10x)than French Connection. Also SPD are getting a fairly negative press over the purchase. I think the papers are also guessing as to how the deal was structured but its the perennial problem here, shareholders are pretty much in the dark.

Much of nothing really. Even if the 25% stake is part if the spd investment vehicle it is still only 25% of a small niche business.

No RNS from Sports Direct about Agent Provocateur, even though market was open at the time of the announcement, so presume not SPD money at this stage.

Who has actually bought Agent Provocateur? Four Holdings, which is Mike Ashley's investment vehicle, are quoted as buyers in some papers, whereas Four Marketing (SPD 25% stake) are quoted in others. It may be that no SPD cash was used?? Anyone know about this web of inter-connected holdings?

Anyone have a clue when a statement is due? This share is trying my patience. The only thing keeping me going is the thought no one in their right mind would be doing all this share buy back at the current price if they believed they could get them cheaper

Share buy back programme will be extended beyond April IMO, will drag on to support share price for as long as possible........but will it keep supporting it post prelims in July?.DD
