13/3/2013 15:00 | Cant post full article as don't subscribe but here is summary which has "sparked" todays action ;-) It's not often you come across an investment offering a rock-solid 17 per cent potential capital return over the next 12 months, and arguably more, where the downside risk is non-existent. It's even rarer still to be given another chance to invest in such a situation, but that's the enticing opportunity being offered by Spark Ventures (SPK: 10.25p), the Aim-traded investment company focused on technology and new media." | dr knowledge

01/2/2013 17:20 | You can google Morningstar; however to view the SPK page giving an overview of company is subject to an annual subscription fee. The only reason why I mention the estimated NAV, is that earlier this week it was stated several pence lower. I do not know how often the official NAV calculation is made, but the next one will be interesting. | azalea
01/2/2013 16:19 | I'm not able to find either the MS comment or the relevant page on SPK. 30/1/2013 12:41 | Who knows where the NAV will be as successive evaluations take place, it could outpace the returns to shareholders this year, leaving some bigger ones prior to the 'wind up' in 2014. | azalea
