29/7/2016 13:51 | Bronislav been calling Gas play since I can remember Sherl0ck. | bumhammer
29/7/2016 13:46 | Credit to Bronislav who was correctly calling the gas long before the Board more recently gave us that all important signposting. Alan Stein & Jon Taylor's track record with gas in Western Africa is second to none. No doubt the oil potential in 241 is significant, but just imagine if we're also sitting on multiple TCF of gas! | sherl0ck
29/7/2016 13:43 | Feel the Heat! :-) At least in US anyway. Henry Hub gas price jumped ~8% yesterday. The monthly oil challenge is on.....deadline for entry is midnight this Sunday. | flyingbull
29/7/2016 13:35 | Hi Sherl0ck, yes as Bobo said to us at the invest show, it's all about the gas, that's why none of it will be Flared off, (it's all gonna be canned) ,the words of GL. | solution0
29/7/2016 13:26 | Very interesting post Sherl0ck re gas price. | 1sonic
29/7/2016 13:15 | 21/4/16: "With the potential High Case volumes of gas available, alternative gas monetisation schemes are also being reviewed." I've spent the past year or two glued to the daily oil price charts. Perhaps I should have been paying more attention to gas metrics. | sherl0ck
29/7/2016 09:36 | The three year part did make me wonder how much longer this could take, as long as they get funded and drilling asap at least we should have the chance to get our money back for those fed up of waiting or if the news is really good and they do announce the blocks eg 241 then it'll be worth the wait. | aventador
29/7/2016 08:40 | Htrocka....its not important how long you or I are prepared to wait is it..Surely it's how long Nigeria can afford to wait. | bronislav
29/7/2016 08:33 | 1alfi I'm only splitting hairs but to express the Licence as 'extended' is probably the wrong terminology...as at November 2015 no Field Licence existed. 'Extended' would have meant 'from the period the previous Licence expired'. I would have used the term the BOD used, ie, 'licence Renewal'. ...and with reference to Solarno...'which gives us another three years to wait'...three months have gone already, so we're down to 33 months and most of the warrants and options expire long before the final field Licence 'extension' date....so in effect, we're down to about 27 months. After nearly six years here, I can wait another 27 months.(and that's to get the share price upto 2p) from a November 2015 rns 'whilst no Marginal Field licences have yet been formally renewed, the Directors believe that the Approval from the DPR confirms that the Partners have met the necessary licence requirements..' | htrocka2
29/7/2016 08:16 | I will ...I will ..... | solarno lopez
29/7/2016 08:12 | With effect from the 1st may......I wonder what other imformation this company sits on and is failing to report .Looks like ororo2A has been drilled Alfi. Unless whomever granted the licence didn't inform the company until after the event. | bronislav
29/7/2016 08:00 | Which gives us another three years to wait ...so no change there ! | solarno lopez
29/7/2016 07:58 | "Further to the announcement by the Company on 22 September 2015 in respect of clarifying the licensing obligations in relation to the Ororo Field, the Directors believe the DPR Well Permit issued on 26th October affirmed the Partners right to continue operations and drill Ororo-2A." "in respect of clarifying the licensing obligations in relation to the Ororo Field" "is pleased to announce that the Nigerian Federal Ministry of Petroleum Resources (FMPR) has agreed to grant the Ororo Field Partners a three-year extension to the Ororo Field Licence (OML 95) ("Licence") with effect from 1 May 2016." | 1alfi
29/7/2016 03:19 | Goodluck with that timing Mine is impeccable now. | olufemisudem
28/7/2016 22:07 | RNS tomorrow ? | 6cer |
