This company has a mkt value of around £136m

It's sold it'a prior medicinal business to what looks like concentrate on the 'beauty' market, skin lifts, collagen etc.

Last few years I just saw losses in the accounts and looks likely to continue to me, so why should it go up in value if it doesn't make a profit? Cheers NR

The major shareholders hold 70% of the equity.I'm surprised,especially in view of the "buy" consensus amongst brokers that this stock hasn't been pushed a lot higher due to a lack of liquidity in a thin market.Motley Fool comments that the stock won't turn a bottom line profit for a couple of years while accepting that the company is heading in the right direction.That might explain why (in these "safety" first markets)Sinclair hasn't joined the big healthcare brethren in outperforming in a post Brexit environment.

I tend to agree and feel that this is down to the significant changes made with the restructuring and the market wants to see a good set of figures. If this comes to fruition which I believe will be the case, then we should see the share price reflecting performance. It will be interesting to see the cash burn relating to the new marketing strategy.

Since the stock is not overtly expensive,a share price falling towards a three year low is bound to raise concern.No smoke without fire etc.I'm reassured that Tosca are more than capable of addressing any problems,if indeed there are any.

No, though as a holder of VEC too it followed a similar pattern with the 'what do they know that we don't' syndrome only for them to present a fairly decent set of results

Easy to get scared out prior to any results as the share price tumbles esp. with the liquidity here.........

I see the share price keeps dropping as we move towards the update. Surely this should be an opportunity? Does anyone have any thoughts on this?

Technically,the shares need to clear resistance at 32-33p and then at 36p to break out of a broadly neutral pattern.The stock is on a PEG of 0.28.Seeing is believing with this one.

Methinks need plenty of growth to pay that package and nil cost shares... wow thats the way to leave a ship..... Still can't get over how much this Board pays themselves for such a small company

The CEO statement says it all growth growth growth IMHO and the Brokers agree.

Mais oui,and now Christophe will be sojourning in the South of France(post time consuming and expensive severance agreements )the future is now lean and mean.Whole thing wreaks of lawyers and some think that post Brexit,companies will wish to relocate to Paris at the expense of London.The Americans,for one, learned years ago about oppressive labour agreements on the continent especially in Italy and France.

Announcement of results date?

It does seem to me that the whole cosmetic enhancement thingy is getting more and more popular and an accepted thing to do, have done. Hence the need for tighter controls which can only be good news for Silhouette etc.
