2023 Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Science in Sport plc (AIM: SIS), the premium performance nutrition company serving elite athletes, sports enthusiasts, and the active lifestyle community, announces that its 2023 Annual Report has been published and can be found on the Group's website (https://www.sisplc.com/results-centre/). The Annual Report will be sent to those shareholders who have requested physical copies in due course.

The 2023 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 11 York Street, Manchester, M2 2AW on Wednesday 31 July 2024 at 9:30 a.m. Materials relating to the AGM will in due course be posted to shareholders requiring physical copies and published on the Group's website.
