Posted at 17/10/2012 19:41 by hoveite Douglasbay have announced a tender offer with a tight deadline (5 November). The offer is for 69 out of 100 shares at a tender price of 12.21 pence per share. I just hope the brokers in whose nominee accounts I hold DBAY shares will be able to process this corporate action in time. |
Posted at 29/2/2012 15:25 by tara7 Cash on books 9.8pShares cost 9.8p That is a great deal. Company worth 13.2p a share [total assets.] A very safe way to wait 6 months for a 30% return OR An RTO to get a return that way.! |

Posted at 29/11/2010 09:40 by chrisdgb Just checked and DBAY accounted for 27% of VCF net asset value...good way to play the 47% rise.. |
Posted at 29/11/2010 08:30 by chrisdgb Take a look at VCF, Laxey own 95% of DBAY, and it is the major part of VCF NAV.... |
Posted at 27/2/2010 09:53 by azalea The one single element that has drawn my attention to DBAY is the rarely seen huge and dominant major 93.54% holding- by Laxey, this has led me to wonder whether Laxey intends to take the company private? Why has it got so much debt. Is DBAY a company that has been renamed out of the ashes of its predecessor? Intriguing, but despite director purchases, not enough form yet to make me put any of my money in. |
