warwick - true, my broker got that one sightly wrong, hence so did i...!

Even if they come back with an improved offer it looks like they won't go over £45 which the way i'm reading it is nowhere near what SAB would agree to. A real binary bet this one but i'd be more surprised if they make a deal than not.

There is two offers not one or the other for Christ sake !!! It's priced here because most do not think it will go through dThis will be £ 43 or £30 depending which way it goes hence why it is stuck in the middle

Main reason being, they have two offers. One involves shares, the other is a pure cash deal. The one involving shares is priced roughly where we are now and is the one most likely to succeed.

I doubt if there is a deal...the chairman always defended a takeover....Pi are been played..
If the deal is not done the share price will certainly fall to 29 ukp..

Should open higher on anticipation of higher bid perhaps open at 3700 small increase as only expect a small increase in offer
