13/10/2015 09:19 | Shareholders also get two dividends before completion worth another $1.22. A share this is a cracking deal for shareholders still worth north of £5 a. Share on today's currie to price arbitrage risk is merger does not go through but I think they will now overcome most of the hurdles | warwick69
13/10/2015 09:14 | Hey s ethos not well north of. £40 minimum still would be a temN percent risk premium well worth a big day trade as downside must be very minimal for next few weeks | warwick69
13/10/2015 08:13 | Yes makes no sense someone selling bucket loads clearly keeping a lid on it I don't get it | warwick69

13/10/2015 07:50 | Binladin you just said wait for the offer you are surely the most fickle man on the planet you say something and immediately do the opposite every time why do you even bother to post absolutely pointless!!!! | warwick69
13/10/2015 07:48 | Yes I agree fang horn that's my point why is it settling so far away from offer price can only be the worry of regulator saying no ?.??? | warwick69
13/10/2015 07:47 | The risk of it going higher is more then it going lower plus getting locked in for 5 years.. | binladin
13/10/2015 07:45 | ~Warwick, Partial share offer is for Major institutions surely? All cash for rest of us but with option of partial if we want? "Under the terms of the Possible Offer, SABMiller shareholders would be entitled to receive GBP 44.00 per share in cash, with a partial share alternative ("PSA") available for approximately 41% of the SABMiller shares. The all-cash offer represents a premium of approximately 50% to SABMiller's closing share price of GBP 29.34 on 14 September 2015 (being the last business day prior to renewed speculation of an approach from AB InBev)." | fangorn2
13/10/2015 07:44 | Take your profit and run...IMO.. | binladin
13/10/2015 07:36 | No I was referring to Binladin I've been long on spread bet since last week was £70 at first but it was to hairy dropped to £35 took some profit at 3700 the other day so only had £15 last night but I am a bit disappointed that we have settled at the partial share offer. I am surprised not more buyers who can take £44 when deal complete the only risk is regulator now plus sab miller will get 3 billion if that's the case so the share price should have a bit of a floor above the old ore deal price | warwick69
13/10/2015 07:35 | Given its agreement in principle, with few regulatory issues, at £44, how come we are so far off that level currently? | fangorn2

13/10/2015 07:27 | wow - well done those long, didn't see that one coming...! But why the hell still such a discount...? | bumpa33
13/10/2015 07:25 | Don't sell just hold until it's over 43.99 p.. | binladin
13/10/2015 07:24 | They have to pay 3 billion if the deal fails...so the chance of going through are much higher...this should go to 44 pounds... | binladin
13/10/2015 07:23 | Really surprised so many happy to sell at this price and not wait for full offer weird world we live in ? | warwick69
13/10/2015 07:16 | Seems a crazy price to settle ? | warwick69
13/10/2015 07:15 | how many months for this deal to complete any estimates floating around ? | spob
13/10/2015 07:12 | Real arbitrage opportunity here buyers could make £5.5 a share if the deal goes through which must be a pretty strong probability with both sides in agreement? Guess it's only the regulators that could stymy this | warwick69
13/10/2015 06:19 | Magic should be a massive gap up can't now see any reason why it will not be really close to £44.00 | warwick69
