Steady on 2mill ... :-)

I am surprised (but pleased) that Rob Gregory will be running the show.

TMC now firmly in play as the new joint entity owns 15% of TMC.

I like this bit:

The Value Cap mechanism has been included on the basis that the European Nickel share price could appreciate strongly, prior to completion of the merger, as a result of a number of initiatives that are currently underway. !!

A nod is as good as a wink, etc.

That's the third ASX dual-listed AIM share I've had delisted and removed from my ISA in the last 12 months - what a farcical mess these rules and regulations are!

Unfortunately, while they've made arrangements for ASX holders, they've made none for those of us who hold RMLA in our ISAs.

4 ENK for 5 RMLA, makes RMLA very attractive on a rising ENK price !

Merger with ENK, or rather, absorption by ENK.

But it looks like we'll have to take the shares out of our ISAs, as they're just offering CDIs to trade on ASX.

O/T

I have started another thread. It features what I believe to be a very interesting and very cheap ASX stock.

Somebody like that.

There was a document linked here ages ago (no clue as to what it was) which had a comprehensive list of all saprolite ferro-nickel smelters in it. There are only about 5 or 6 of them in the entire world.

Japanese smelters. There aren't many places that can process saprolite in a pyrometallurgical manner.

That is a pretty good summary of the situation by Charles Wyatt - thanks DT.
