Yes, assuming that the shareholdes vote it through. there may, however, be a problem for those who are holding RMLA in an ISA. If I remember correctly [and apologies if I have this wrong, chip] I think chip has contacted ENK, who are looking into this potential problem.

DT,

The trial HL is designed to satisfy environmental issues as well as the economic ones that are required to be fed into the DFS. So my understanding would be that full and final permissions to proceed to operations would follow successful outcomes from the full-height leaching - as well as acceptable solutions to other issues to be addressed in the DFS of course.

Do you know if there are any permits due at acoje

DT, (re TMC)

True. But 12 months of drilling, then 6 months for a new JORC resource!

They have to fund all this without any clear cash-flow from DSO so it must be reasonable to assume further placings are likely along the way.

I like it as another large Ni prospect long-term. But obviously prefer the shorter term prospects at Caldag and Acoje. My preference would be to make a full assessment once they have produced a PFS.

I have had an email reply regarding the ISA issue that would result following the merger. They are giving it consideration and will address the issue in their scheme booklet.
