Interesting post from elsewhere.....

(Please accept that it is AIMO and subject to a load of assumptions until we are a little bit further down the road to production).

I will choose EoY 2013 as I believe this is likely to be the first full year at 100% of production.

Throughput of ore ~ 3mt
Head grade (Ni) ~ 1.17%
Head grade (Co) ~ 0.05%
Recovery (Ni) ~ 73%
Recovery (Co) ~ 62%
Production (Ni) ~ 25,623t
Production (Co) ~ 930t
Ni Price ~ US$22,235/t
Co Price ~ US$31,346/t
Payable Ni ~ 75% (refining costs 25%)
Payable Co ~ 35% (but incl in costs)
Revenue (Ni) ~ US$427m
Revenue (Co) ~ US$10m (but incl in costs)
Electrical power sales ~ US$10m (estimate from PFS)
Net revenue ~ US$437m
Cash operating costs ~ US$90m ($1.6/lb net of credits)
Other costs (G&A etc) ~ US$28m
Sustaining CAPEX & EXPEX ~ US$4m
Total costs ~ US$122m
Op Margin ~ US$314m
Attrib to RML ~ US$125m (assuming 40%)
Zero tax for 6 years
NPAT ~ US$125m
No. shares ~ 556m (after debt/equity funding)
Attrib EPS ~ $0.23
Attrib EPS ~ 14p/share

For such a long-life enterprise I would expect to apply a PER of x9.

Please DYOR as this is just AIMO based upon info released by RML.

No I think it's OK now since they are prompt with RNS, so there you go.

There will be no more charts though :-)

P/S and O/T

I haven't ramped anything on here for yonks, so here goes ...

Niko Resources (NKO in Toronto) - truly stunning risk/reward parameters.

The core business at the moment is natural gas offshore India, where it has a 10% interest in a 20+ tcf discovery which is set to transform India's energy outlook completely. It already pays a dividend and should be experiencing somewhat phenomenal earnings growth in the very near future as the gas production ramps up, plus it has 37.5% of a very nice block in Kurdistan which is not in the price at all and where the first fully funded well is due to be spudded Q1 2010.

Deffo worth a look IMO.

Sorry :-)

This is just as a result of the completion of the portion of the placing that had to be voted on ...

Still, "it's all good" as we have to say these days ;-)

I love the word paucity

Following on from ENK board re consolidation

a) discussing sodaco with someone like xstrata

b) TCC / ENK / Montemina re Acoje Project

c) Abogado (maybe not)

d) consolidation with wider impact rather than project level

What could a consolidated group look like? I think this statement in the report makes the topic worthwhile and not just idle speculation
