22/11/2016 08:21 | Never thought of that before but footy mentioned it on LSE.Obviously Criterion have been badly mauled by this dodgy advertising malarkey and they have fallen off a com score cliff. They also need to do something akin to what IR has or put something in place. However they can not and will not be able to in time. They do not have the time to build or the experience in house or the technology. However, back to footy's point if their share price keeps on falling and it will. If blnx merged with them mutually or aggressively, then suddenly 1R would become the biggest Ad network Platform in the USA.Cheers footy.....it's got ones creative juices flowing. | kendonagasaki
22/11/2016 08:19 | Morning Barkboo! You are really giving it to Sikh. | stocky
22/11/2016 08:11 | Spread once again set to deter buying. | barkboo
22/11/2016 08:01 | "so we may already be actually in cash profits and not EBITDA blah blah blah." Yes I rather think we are. lol | barkboo
22/11/2016 07:58 | Footy ref lumascape.Dan is deliberately alluding to the fact that not a lot of platforms can do what 1R does through its full stack. Also take a look at big Bears post on iii ref monetisation for October and November. The just if it is due to the trillions of transaction we are now able to monetise our CPM rate has increased as we saw from the presentation. We are possibly monetising 16-18 million dollars in this busiest period so we may already be actually in cash profits and not EBITDA blah blah blah.Last 6 months we averaged out at around 13.5 million dollars a month. But that was with the platform still developing and without the global figures. So 16-18 is not a huge rise but it will be a rise that indicates full profitability from this stage onwards. Thanks Big Bear iii. | kendonagasaki

22/11/2016 07:46 | Hi Jarvis - yes the trading stock is very small in comparison to the corner built up....interesting for sure! Scaffolders keep telling me the signal will be a days close - on or just above the 40%. They have predicted November from the start of the year and old Pinky Pants is not slow to remind everyone. Tosca are pulling the strings as we know - and they aint the straightness of guys in the world. Their timing will suit them and not us, but the momentum of outside interest is building up. When this goes - the swing traders will get left behind.. trumped and dumped with the mm's daily opening offer! Huge spreads have already made it unattractive on the way up to 40p....those traps are set to continue all the way up! Our old snake John John is stuck with a small punt - my guess is, I have just spelled that wrong? lol May the family have a very happy xmas - the prosperous bit is a gimme! 240p - then the fun begins! | barkboo
21/11/2016 22:35 | Also if not, Jon Jon says it may fall to the mid or late 30's?That could range from 34.75p to 39.75p..eh Jon, Jon? | kendonagasaki
21/11/2016 22:33 | Today is all about traders cashing in profits? If so it will probably go up says Jon Jon? | kendonagasaki
21/11/2016 22:28 | 4th it is footy and fourth it remains!May the fourth be with you!:) | kendonagasaki
21/11/2016 21:02 | Today seems more about traders cashing in after the recent rise... If it is the case then the share price should continue upwards... if not then we could drift back down to mid-late 30s... I think Tosca's next move will be pivotal... If we hear nothing over the next few days then their sell is probably a one-off top-slice.. They are in profit on the ones they bought and we had rns for, so any selling would be at a profit... In terms of keeping the lid on the sp, why? If they have someone who's interested but is waiting to raise funds etc then yes maybe but I think that's a long shot... It's also possible that Tosca saw the H1 TU, bought a few (as 1gw stated) but after H1 results and cash position and acquisition became clearer decided to top-slice.. Maybe they don't like the idea of spending money on an acquisition... We don't have firm fy guidance, do we? All theories and nobody knows for sure.. Let's see what happens... | sikhthetech
21/11/2016 20:04 | Decoding the LUMAscape to Pick a Programmatic Winner NOVEMBER 17, 2016 by Dan Slivjanovski One thing is clear about the current ad tech landscape: there are a lot of players. The LUMAscape does a great job of illustrating this fact. From agencies that serve brands on the left, to the websites where people consume their favorite content on the right, an ad trying to get from point A to point B could be asked to pass through or be filtered by many platform read more:- | football

21/11/2016 19:31 | How does this flushing out a bidder work? | stocky
21/11/2016 19:21 | Stocky, to flush out one or more bidders is I believe the theory. | andydangerous
21/11/2016 19:12 | Why would Tosca wish to keep a lid on the price? You don't build a near 30% stake and take pennies by selling 3m. Are there still naked shorts out there? Sikh? | stocky
21/11/2016 18:52 | Hahaha loving the great posts kendo! A real return to form! Keep em coming! | geheimnis2
21/11/2016 17:12 | Have they sold a few more today to try and keep the share price down? With the 45p level needing defending, as after that we're into the July 2014 gap down and not much resistance until 62.25p. Or other traders just picking up on the same thing? | andydangerous |
