Kendo - You assume a securities lending agreement means the stock is short sold? What if the agreement is by an affiliate. How about if the deal was non cash and the collateral was returned at no cost to either party?

What is the point?

The point would be to get those people invested wondering what the hell is going on? Their bulletin boards discussions would show fear - rags as we know are designer, and employed to whip up more fear.

The weak sell - the securities lending agreement means nothing - the stock is returned at no risk to either party, or it could be sold/transferred for investment, or other purposes at a later agreed date. Bingo!

We know the more lucrative ads were still in the development/test phase. When firing on full cylinders, we could see a 1400% increase in revenue, based on those figures.

Ken, it goes against the theory that Tosca are keeping a lid on the sp, doesn't it???

Or did that theory only apply when the share price was in the mid-30s and there weren't any buyers...

Yes, enjoying the rising share price but majority small trades...Need several 100k ++ trades.. perhaps the Scaffolders could buy several 100k+.... ;-)

look at the trades 1284, 1285, 107 being repeated.. small trades being repeated to push the share price higher...

Yes, it was quiet here...but rthm got busy this morning... coincidence???...
similar pattern... small buy trades to push the share price higher, lots of ramping posts... look at the poster ids..

yes and why does the share price here rise 150% one week before figures... small trades pushing the illiquid shares higher, making it appear that news has leaked...

Today seems more about traders cashing in after the recent rise...
If it is the case then the share price should continue upwards... if not then we could drift back down to mid-late 30s...

I think Tosca's next move will be pivotal... If we hear nothing over the next few days then their sell is probably a one-off top-slice..
They are in profit on the ones they bought and we had rns for, so any selling would be at a profit...

In terms of keeping the lid on the sp, why? If they have someone who's interested but is waiting to raise funds etc then yes maybe but I think that's a long shot...
It's also possible that Tosca saw the H1 TU, bought a few (as 1gw stated) but after H1 results and cash position and acquisition became clearer decided to top-slice..
Maybe they don't like the idea of spending money on an acquisition... We don't have firm fy guidance, do we?

All theories and nobody knows for sure..

Let's see what happens...

BARKERS...I do not think that your suggested figures are at all fanciful, particularly when everything that is laid out in the half year figures plus the Q&A is taken into account. 1R have been remarkably open about what they are both doing and intending, which is unusual for them. It indicates a high level of confidence, which is good news for us PI's.

Someone has large orders in at Level 2.The algorithms are on automatic block buying trying hide a big order going through.Seen it many a time when there is an increase in the demand for a stock.
