Obviously the share price hasn't hardly moved since the results so what do the so called family resort to....yet again more childish and goading posts.

That Jarvis character.... what's he been smoking for the last few years?? Barkboo seems to be the no.1 for bringing up old posts...he has a database full of them...lol...

You make a good point about more acquisitions sikhers....their track record is pretty poor with many write downs....

It seems they are unable to grow the company organically at the moment, so they should stick it up for sale and be done with it.

So John John is it a buy or a sell?

Barky,Yes, buying and building can be cancerous...1R raised $165m and spent millions on acquisitions... didn't they close most of these acquisitions, resulting in a huge writedown and $100m loss of revenue...Now cash is less than half of the total placings...Now they talk about another acquisition..with their record, yea right...Yes very cancerous, as you say...

Jarvis - "Actually it's not 8 votes now, it's 9." I would say a good average for the quality of your worldliness!

John John - if we could thumb you down, you would break all records!

STT - thank you for drawing my attention to the 'thumbs up' votes for my last post - I hadn't noticed. Obviously this is something else you track.

Actually it's not 8 votes now, it's 9.
Were you the latest? Go on, admit it, you couldn't resist a sneaky thumbs up as I was bang on the money. How sweet.

STT - I have to almost admire the fact that you never learn. Nothing whatever bothers me about your header. I simply find it amusing that you seek to pose as an ordinary PI but the computing power behind you speaks volumes as indeed does the nature and extent of your posts, your ability to dredge up posts from years back plus that glorious day when the mask slipped and you referred to yourself as 'We'. So, you are either a paid lackey for an outfit with an angle or Queen Victoria re-incarnated. I know which I believe.

As for Langster I have no idea what you are talking about plus I have no interest in GKP. Getting desperate are we? The multiple ID's getting out of control?
Perhaps your employer will upgrade your kit for Christmas.

Morning All, hope everyone had a good weekend! Nanny told me that she sold a few shares at 40p. Ones she bought for 16p. That's the turkey for this xmas, she said.

John John - so the reason you are happy to invest in TLY is because their CEO has told you their strategy is to buy success...a little one dimensional would'nt you say?

Rapid growth can become cancerous - normal healthy growth..(cellular reproduction) is the RTHM way, organic with a little home made fertiliser!

The TLY way of growth eats capital! If they let growth exceed their ability to fund it or become dependant it is a sign they have no business model.

The Rthm business model is safe - and I am happy to let them borrow my money - one mistake using the TLY model and you will very quickly have no money!

Jarvis,

congratulations, 8 votes from your mates voted your post up.. you must be proud..

Now what part of the header bothers you and your mates...
Of course you won't answer... because it's the poster that bothers you...

Is it the subsidaries, brokers views or supportfreecontent...

btw, did you see the professional looking header Shroder and digitalis had.. makes for a real eye opener, ...
why were they replaced after the share price collapsed...

Barky, you know nothing about TLY, so let me post their newsflow..... you should read the rns before commenting..

TLY have clearly stated that their strategy is one of buy and build...They are doing exactly what they said...
Bob Holt did the same at Mears plc and took the company from 50K to £500m...

"The Company is currently engaged in delivering its 'buy and build' expansion strategy, adding to the range of services provided by the Group through working with organisations that share its vision."

Funny enough TLY also have large investors who have full faith in Bob Holt... a significant amount of shares are in the hands of IIs...

whereas 1R say they have completed their platform, ready for scaling up, claim to have the best around, filtering etc, all that super fast broadband, data centres ... etc, etc and yet talk about acquisition...

"- Structural transformation to Core mobile, video and programmatic products is now complete, focus moves to growth and profitability;"

Their largest shareholder, Tosca, just reduced their holding...

Do you see the difference... no, of course you don't - hardly surprising, is it...
any views on PIC... no, because it's not the investment that bothers you and your mates, is it?? doh!!!

I never invest more than I can afford to lose in any investment...
