There was no offer that is why they are massively diluting shareholders below the current market price.

not one to blow my own trumpet - but i did point out that the share price would be about 1.30 or so without the Chinese deal landing. I think Rose and others have decided they do not want their interest at the price proposed (£8 or so quid ?) and the management want to go it alone ? Seems to me that's about the right version of recent events.

Ouch...
just had a look at accounts....a train crash !

there is no nett cash left from the 9M being raised...
pay off the long term debt and some of the payables....and whoosh...the 9M is gone...

amazing incompetence of the previous dirs. imho....sadly shareholders allowed it to go on too long (UK voting rules/structure need to be changed)

when a dir. lends a co. money at 12% yr after yr...never a good sign...

This was a good story until they realised they couldn't implement Advance properly - whoops, forgot about incorporating historical client data....oh dear!!

PTO has been on a downward spiral since they passed the buck on that one...

once upon a time I bought some of these....back around 100-120p I think it was....sadly sold before it went to 600p !

what a complete farce this company/share has been imho

and now massive dilution....massive
...I posted that I didnt believe in the great Chinese dream....turned out that view was right, looking at the share price collapse since then anyway...

you couldnt make it up...

Will it now come good ?
...no idea...but not for me...
