The placing is at an very decent discount and the directors are opening their wallets to participate, in addition there is an accompanying open offer, which is welcome as it gives long standing shareholders a chance to participate on the same generous terms as the placees,

Accordingly, I have dipped my toe in the water with a modest investment in the placing. There is a chance that it may qualify for EIS tax reliefs which would be an added bonus for participants in the both the placing and the open offer (EIS tax relief is effectively a 30% discount on the placing price for UK tax payers).

The Placing Agreement contains customary warranties and an indemnity from the Company in favour of Cenkos together with provisions which enable Cenkos to terminate the Placing Agreement in certain circumstances prior to Admission (as applicable), including where any warranties are found to be untrue, inaccurate or misleading in any material respect or in the event of a material adverse change in the financial position or prospects of the Group in the context of the Placing or Admission.

Somewhat desperation, but alas I expect nothing less from you captain.Your loss on Mac must be painful, having bought so many at 3p, on PTO as well, having bought thousands at £6; or was it that you weren't indeed buying, but selling Captain? Were you misleading once again? Who knows and who cares; alas you have made many millions, so much mahongy that you feel the need to frequent these boards 24/7.I give you this, Rara, you do provide a bit of entertainment during my breaks, while I sit down and have a doobistani. This must be one of my worst investments from a few years ago, average price over 1p. It is a shame because I really like the product.

Either the product is ahead of it's time or senior management have not executed in the last 2 -3 years. I am glad that we have another possible avenue into Brasilia as India will take forever, with very little or no progress.

I think we need consolidation, 10 for 1 new share, raise more funds and try and roll this out in a few more regions. Yes it will cost a lot, however we would not be waiting in forlorn hope of waiting to hear from India.

Otherwise we just seem to be dying a slow death. Am I being unfair and is there more optimism on this board.

It is a painful lesson for me, having bought just a wee bit below 40 pence. My misguided faith in the results and my utilisation of the zen philosophy has shown that we are all sentient beings and not a collective, ergo I must be strong and make my own decisions. By following without reason and as darkness falls, I am left wondering what is to become of my hard earned mahongy.

King Nigel, Bob down the pub spent a bit of mahongy on this bad boy, listen to the Captain, took it as a loss. Bob however is happy, made his mahongy of the old footsie, chilling out having his doobistani. Bob's an olden but a gooden, if one were to see him, would think much, scruffy old man with bit a penny to rub together. Drives a nice saab 99, lovely old car, lovely car.
