Looks like WESTHOUSE are telling investors the deal is still very much on,( no talks are off RNS from PTO) not only that,it's showing investors just how they come to their valuation.

2.2 times sales.

Look for the stock to go a lot higher. ( in my view )

don't worry - i have nothing to do with Rara, tara, Trah la la or who ever he is. all i can say is that 'ten bag' (whoever he is) - has given some bloody good tips -which i have followed and made a few bob - so who ever he is - i am v grateful. i suppose - judging by the sour comments by some on this thread - this is not the same for everyone - which is a pity......but its only money. All good fun and thanks to everyone - including all the splenetic socialist and non -Etonian/Harrovian types.

So let me get this right, we have someone who researches a stock, buys in when he sees value, publicises that fact and then when the share price goes up (or circumstances change) chooses to sell up and take the profit/loss.I don't see anything wrong with that. Whilst TBM/Tara talks his own book - who doesn't?PTO is an interesting stock - and whilst I don't buy the full ramptastic story about what may/may not come off from this new investor, I do see this as undervalued and worthy of inclusion in my own portfolio.If you - the trolls that follow TBM around - want to trash this bulletin board then fine - but let's face it, your only agenda is a personal one against an individual who happens to evangelise his stock picks.That shows you all in rather a poor light and whilst you might try to laugh it off as "simply a tease" - in reality it probably is a mask. It is quite likely that you despise something about yourselves and choose to pick on someone else to project those feelings of self hate away from you. It is not an uncommon phenomena, you were probably bullied by your dad and are still trying to reconcile those early traumatic episodes in your life. TBM only picks unloved and speculative stocks; of course some are going to be turkeys. However his track record does include some fantastic discoveries though and his overall performance is better than many fund managers.

Today we had an update from PTO.

ONE WOULD THINK THE SUBJECT MATTER FROM POSTERS WOULD BE ABOUT THE COMPANY.

You would be very wrong.

Each of the above posters attacks the POSTER ( not the company )

Publishing Technology (PTO) – Further trading update

PTO has announced that it will publish its FY2014 results before the end of May. In these results it will take a further £1.1m exceptional charge to cover expected future losses on the onerous contract that it referred to in its trading statement on 21 January 2015. As a consequence of this the company expects to report results for FY2014 which will show revenue of £14.4m vs WS £14.8m and an LBT of £4.0m vs WS £2.5m.

In the January trading statement the company said that it was in discussions with a potential overseas strategic investor over taking a considerable minority interest. PTO has made no further comment on this in today’s release.

While the above further reductions in 2014 numbers are disappointing, the company still looks well-positioned to deliver good profitability going forward. Ahead of the 2014 results being reported we make no changes to our FY2015 and FY2016 forecasts and maintain our 400p target price (an implied 2.2x 2015 EV/sales multiple) and Buy rating.

Unfortunately, the mongoose has been enticed by the cobra. Bob has said that anyone who follows Rara the lion will get bitten. It is sad, and I have no pleasure in people loosing mahongy.In the meantime Rara will espouse on other boards how great he is, is legacy lives on, and when that fails, reinvent himself. It has been shown time and time again Mac, PTO, that when the ship starts sinking, he tells everyone to stay calm and not panick, whilst he sails off into the sunset on the one and only lifeboat.
