13/6/2016 19:20 | This company is still going and has been renamed Ingenta. The ticker symbol is ING. | richjp
13/5/2016 08:32 | The name and ticker code changed today Accordingly I have set up a new thread here: AGM notes to follow later today (on the new thread) | timbo003
10/5/2016 22:19 | It was a productive meeting (I was the only independent PI there so I could ask as many questions as I liked) so definitely worth writing up a few notes and posting on a new thread, I note that we have a new epic code (ING) to go with the new name, so I will get onto that and set up a thread tomorrow to coincide with the name and epic change. | timbo003
10/5/2016 09:46 | Great, cheers Timbo. Look forward to the feedback. | madigansar
10/5/2016 05:53 | It's the AGM today, so the company may issue a trading statement later. I think I will pop along, it's being held at the company's HQ in Oxford starting at 10.30, so easy to get to. One of the resolutions is for shareholders to approve a name change to Ingenta, which seems sensible, although I'm surprised they need shareholders approval to do that. I'm not sure if the ticker symbol will change too, but whatever, it is probably time for a new thread with a more appropriate title anyway, I will get onto that when I return from the AGM. | timbo003
