In my opinion, DSM is going all out to enable Provexis to become profitable, so then within its own rules on buying out companies who are already making a profit, will buy us out. (buy us out next year at around 3p will be good)

See below which highlights just how much DSM is going all out to get us in to making a profit:-

"In June 2010 it was announced that the Company had entered into a long-term Alliance Agreement with DSM Nutritional Products to commercialise Fruitflow®, and in June 2015 the Company confirmed it had agreed significantly enhanced financial terms for its Alliance Agreement with DSM for Fruitflow®."

"The Company's Alliance partner DSM Nutritional Products has developed the market actively for the Company's novel, patented Fruitflow® heart-health ingredient in all global markets, with over 50 regional consumer healthcare brands now having been launched by direct customers of DSM, and with a number of further regional brands having been launched through DSM's distributor channels."

"An increasing number of further commercial projects have been initiated by DSM with prospective customers, including some prospective customers which are part of global businesses, with good prospects for these projects to be launched as consumer products. Interest in the technology exists in all major global markets."

"On 29 June 2016 the Company launched a high quality dietary supplement product containing Fruitflow® and Omega-3 which is being sold initially from a separate, dedicated website www.fruitflowplus.com on a mail order basis."

Assuming 50% of users will order on the £14 per month deal, adds over 300k to their annual revenues, but some of these 4000 orders could also have been for more than one box too, such as small health shops, etc. Add this to the existing income and we could see revenue to this year at over 500k which is a 600% increase in revenues. this will get market attention on the next update IMO.

Even if the 4068 was for the minimum purchase value it adds 65k and with residual income from the other formats of approx 100k is still a 73% increase. Not as spectacular but will still grab some attention.

Libra, moved from the Swansons to buy direct from the company a while ago and got to admit the format from the company with Omega3 is good.

It also allows the company to have a direct injection of cash which no doubt will provide a massive uplift in the next set of numbers published purely due to lack of delay in payment from the other formats where PXS get smaller royalty payment. I can imagine RNS headlines such as "400%-800% increase in revenue" and no doubt that will help the share price out quite a lot. think I might buy some more shares :-)

AGL seems to be stubborn in it's drop, but I am still waiting

Greetings,

I've become an avid fan of Fruitflow for the last 18 months....miracle cure for previously terrible circulation. Bought a pile of shares about 6 weeks ago, and now discover Swanson's Fruitflow ain't available online - "Out of Stock" appears all over the shopping pages with no idea when it'll be back in stock.

Provexis may have a great ingredient, added to many products, but the shares ain't going to go anywhere if this happens.

PS Buy shares in Elastoplast - every little cut I get now bleeds like mad.

Plus to help out some on here who seem to be getting very stressed out:-
According to latest research as seen on TV on doctors with out pills,
mental health and stress issues can be caused by taking pain killing tablets for more then around 6 weeks; it effects a person's stress ;levels and can make them very emotional and angry over minor issues or sometimes life in general gets to much for them.
So, as a fallow investor; who shares your concerns about the ups and downs of PXS and how our marvellous Fruitflow product is managed, I suggest you cut down on your pain killing tablets if you can and look for alternatives to manage your pain if you can.. IMHO

Today was another good day for the share price which clearly shows the market expectations for our Fruitflow + Omega 3; the enhanced revenues from our Global million dollar partner DSM; the increased revenues from our 50 plus Fruitflow products around the world as promotion via videos out and the round table of expert advertisers; and growing concern of governments around the world of costs of heart health issues; and the expected good results this year from blood pressure management trials via using our Fruitlow all adds up to improved market expectations. IMHO
Hence, I bought a few more last week and yesterday and even today as I genuinely believe that our preventative Fruiflow product is a marvellous health product but it has taken time to get over the hurdles of big business interests in the established heart health drugs after you have had a heart attack etc..IMHO
