20/10/2016 09:32 | I disagree. There is something not quite right here, backed up by directors bailing, and no doubt they will be selling again in 90 days or so | lydnem
19/10/2016 15:26 | It's my thought too AB, that Plus does better in a changeable market. | matt
19/10/2016 13:43 | Apart from the sale of shares by the founders a short time ago, which may have made some skittish and sell out, this company seems to tick all the right boxes as regards profitability and growth, especially given the nervousness since Brexit won the day. I'm holding, as I said recently, and will continue to. The current price is a good one to buy in or add, IMHO, and the dividend is welcome whilst waiting for a resumption of the northwards price trend. | andrewbaker
17/10/2016 08:42 | Notice of Q3 Trading Update Plus500, a leading online service provider for retail customers to trade CFDs internationally, will be announcing a trading update for the three months ended 30 September 2016 on Monday 24 October. | aishah
17/10/2016 08:34 | I've been adding since TMI made them a New Buy at 738p last month: "Cash generative, big dividends When it first joined AIM Plus developed a healthy reputation for regularly beating forecasts, sometimes by a large margin and now that recent regulatory problems are firmly in the rear view mirror there’s no reason why this can’t happen again. The other attraction is that it’s strongly cash generative with little capex or working capital requirements and has signalled to the market it will pay out up to 80% of its net profit via dividends. Brokers expect handy dividend payouts of 79.8 cents (60p) and 86.8 cents (65p) this year and next, for yields of 8.1% and 8.8%, respectively. This and forecast eps growth of 16.7% between 2016 and 2018 makes the shares an exciting buy on continuing market volatility." | aishah
13/10/2016 17:46 | Morgan Stanley playing funny games.They were above 5% this morning,below 3% by close of day,from what I can see.Odd | nurdin
06/10/2016 09:14 | Germany’s BaFin comes next: according to the Times of Israel, the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) is considering to impose a ban on trading in binary options and contracts for difference (CFDs). hxxp://www.forexbrok implications? | douglas fir
05/10/2016 15:41 | Its all down to interpretations. If they are selling to buy a bigger house, a few more horses on the driveway or such like fair enough, but to me this says we can invest our money better elsewhere, and in 90 days we will probably sell more | lydnem
05/10/2016 15:40 | Botswana on a ppp basis is the third wealthiest country in Africa. A good place to live. | freddie ferret
05/10/2016 14:58 | Do not keep all your eggs in one basket: is very good advice; and one would expect shrewd operators such as the founders of Plus500 would follow such advice. They've made lots of money from this business, and want to use some or keep some of it elsewhere. And why not? I would in a similar position. The business is prospering such that they've been able to sell substantial shares at a great profit and return to themselves, whilst still holding substantial interest. Who do you want to back: these guys or Donald Trump, who attracts business bankruptcies, shafts his co-investors, plays tax games with the losses, and would have made much more money by investing in an S&P 500 tracker fund than he's made with his own efforts??? I'm holding PLUS and will continue so to do as the business gets bigger, thrives, and makes more money for its shareholders. | andrewbaker
03/10/2016 09:06 | Tomorrow they wil ahev a licence in botswana and then in syria | ggbarabajagal

02/10/2016 23:18 | He has sold virtually same percentage of his holding as founders, so timing presumably related in some way, not necessarily that they are getting out because of inside info... | bradvert
02/10/2016 18:41 | So the directors and non execs are dumping yet they expect current shareholders to keep their shareholdings....... | lydnem
02/10/2016 18:40 | Doesnt look good to me | lydnem
01/10/2016 16:57 | He is still holding 150k so a partial sale I assume he has been locked in given he would probably be aware of Founders intention to place. I don't think it is possible to read anything into it given we have no idea of personal circumstances and only a partial sale | sailing john
01/10/2016 16:35 | This is interesting. Either someone knows something nasty which the market does not. Or it is onward and upward, earnings growth underpinned. | freddie ferret
30/9/2016 16:53 | After hours news (edited)! Non Exec sells 100k at 650p! SJ | sailing john
30/9/2016 11:13 | When I try to explain what short selling is, most normal people's eyes glaze over in complete incomprehension. I don't even bother to discuss other forms of 'gambling' such as binary options or bitcoin or biotech or fintech or p2p or AIM or IPOs The complexity of binary options and the difficulty in their pricing, and the absence of mass trading which creates a market price is similar to a gambling game. could hurt not only the clients but the reputation of the market as a whole. The ISA considers the phenomenon akin to gambling and not as intelligent investment management.! But Options are not gambling right? Don't get me started on CoCos definitions. | liquidkid |
