29/9/2016 09:19 | Lydnem - You're getting hysterical, not good for the old blood pressure. There have been very good opportunities to make money out of PLUS over the last several years. I know I made some. I have no idea if the directors selling is good, bad or indifferent, but there will always be another opportunity to make money….long or short. | gorilla36
29/9/2016 09:11 | Lets make this easy for those who are blinkered. Directors sell 40% odd of their shares at big discount Shares drop nearly 20% This is not good! | lydnem
29/9/2016 09:08 | So they wont sell any more shares for a whole 90 days!!! Then bang what will they get for the next lot? | lydnem
29/9/2016 09:07 | www.leaprate.com/201 | lydnem
29/9/2016 09:07 | You gotta be kidding me!!! Take a step back, never get married to a stock. | lydnem
29/9/2016 09:06 | Told us what? There is nothing wrong with founder members selling their shares after holding them from inception.Happens all the time | nurdin
29/9/2016 09:05 | These are the same directors who were panicked into selling to Playtech (which helpfully fell through). No big deal they are offloading some of their stake. They are keeping plenty of skin in the game though. | jim digriz
29/9/2016 09:00 | i hate to say I told you so but...... | lydnem
29/9/2016 08:59 | Was wondering when you might turn up here..lol | nurdin
29/9/2016 08:59 | nurdin...the directors do not share your view! | lydnem
29/9/2016 08:59 | Given that a lot of you are new to this game, I am willing to accept your apologies. | lydnem
29/9/2016 08:58 | I also bought back a few of what I sold at 750p.Rating looks too low here. | nurdin
29/9/2016 08:58 | So to all those rose coloured spectacle wearers that think this is worth upward of a tenner.....the owners and directors of the company do not share your view! | lydnem
29/9/2016 08:52 | prob those taken up in placing...not keen | tsmith2
29/9/2016 08:42 | Some very large trades at 650, not delayed, so assume they're buys? | alphapig
29/9/2016 08:37 | again trying to justify this. crazy. directors bailed at big discount to current share price. If that isnt a red flag i dont know what is. Take a step back and look at this without a bias. | lydnem
29/9/2016 08:35 | Currently trading sub placing price which doesn't make sense to me given that Directors were price takers and new buyers of circa £100m stock at short notice were price makers. Bought back in despite my concerns about Q3 KPIs - too much discount to miss! Not sure if up or down from here (640p) in the short term - big boys often take a few days to crunch numbers - I'm a little quicker lol - latest model output PE 9.8 Yield 6.1% assuming 2H Rev of $150m vs 1H of $159m. nai - GL SJ | sailing john
29/9/2016 08:35 | Matt That is just stupid talk, dont try and justify what is staring you straight in the face. | lydnem
29/9/2016 08:33 | When will you morons wake up? | lydnem
29/9/2016 08:32 | If I calculate it right it drops their collective ownership from around 35.6% to 22.1%. Still substantial shareholdings. Maybe there were institutions wanting a slice and now the share price was back near historic highs it seemed a good time? | matt
29/9/2016 08:17 | You have to ask why the founders want to offload such a large chunk - price too high against market value - they see this a great opportunity | bigboots
29/9/2016 08:12 | Drop in share price doesn't make a lot of sense. Of course the founders are keen to offload a fair chunk at some point at some price - too many eggs in one basket etc. | jim digriz |
