Seeing the drop a few moments ago, maybe P.Mashall sold those shares he obtained in settlement from PSL a few days ago, along with a number of others today, causing the drop. If any overhang is cleared I guess it could move up in the next weeks.

Seeing this story and in view of the uplift in the sp, I am wondering if it was that he might benefit by more than the value of the current amount he was entitled too, as there could be a recover around the corner. Maybe he has been the buyer of late. Interesting, in view that they raised around £1 million not long ago. I am sure they could have easily paid him in cash.

The FY results may have been poor but it seems there is some life following today`s RNS with a substantial increase in volume today. Maybe there are large contracts in line or something to do with it`s link with IBM as there could be valuable patterns held by the company I guess. Still until there is positive news it remains one to watch but if the volume continues to grow and the share price rises a bit more, it might be worth a punt once again I reckon jambo192.

All resolutions passed today, so further dilution not far away and to keep the failing directors in jobs - once that`s done I guess they will then issue loads of options to encourage them to get the share price up so they can have another bite of the cherry - if ever they can that is.

A placing seems certain from the resolutions to be put to the AGM on 23.06.16

6. special - To approve the directors authority to allot equity securities for cash subject to the limitation outlined

So on top of an ordinary resolution you have the above no.6 -

5. ordinary To allow the directors to allot shares to a maximum nominal amount equal to 375,000 GBP

So how much on top of £375k will they be seeking and at what price even further dilution?

I assume those were the trades that went through on ISDX today. Surprised that you were able to obtain a figure higher than the last placing.

I will be surprised if they will survive in their current form and listed, as there is so little cash spare and the best they have been able to say is that trading has been in line with forecasts. Question is how low were their forecasts and expectations?

It goes from bad to worse with this company, and it seems they can only do business whem they discount their goods - fancy trying to beef up the sales figures by admitting to it.

"In terms of sales of the HalcyonTM system the Group made excellent progress during 2015 with over 200 systems deployed, which generated gross revenues at list price of approximately £400,000, and revenues net of promotional discounts of about £300,000 (2014: £5,000)."

They continue to disappoint year after year but of course they hope the next year will be better so they can raise more funds to keep themselves in a job. DYOR.

Hope so clock tower. Ive invested a fair bit here for a company that hasnt proved a great deal but as you can see from the share price today, someones is adding and the tide is turning. No trades showing, but my guess is the bids been put up to entice sellersAveraging 2.59p and happy to hold for 18/24 months.

Good Luck duxy786 but they yet have to prove they can come up with the goods after all this time and all the hopes. However that said they should now be in the best situation that they have been for many years, so upwards and onwards for now maybe.

Takes very little to move this now. Slowly added to get a decent holding up until now. May add some more this week. One bit of good new and this will easily do 100% on very little volume

Think I'll be adding more tomorrow, although, looking at that that buy today, someone knows something and chances to buy at this low level won't be around for much longer.
