Well buggy, you posted you were invested in LWRF on 29.03.15 - I see you have indeed done well with today`s announcement that so far has lifted the stock over 25%. Maybe PSL will do likewise before long.

This file shows how easy it is the retrofit:

You can see the position of the stand on the gadget show website bogoff, if you are thinking about going and see them and maybe have a chat how things are going. The stand is a small one in a good location being on a main walkway around the edges and not far from some very major brands.

2 x 150K that was a roll-over by the looks of it. The company are clearly now on a mission to provide a string of news that I expect will underpin the price as I expect they may announce a string of orders leading up to the results as they will be starting to install a lot of the contracts as they advised in one of the trading statements, hence the expected turnaround into profit going forward. 2014 figures should be be last of the poor results as the company is fully focused on the successful products.

By the way buggy, It is fine to post all the negatives that you may raise after doing your research as it makes for a healthy debate and warning to any investor that views any positive posts on the thread, although I may counter those you raise but as long as they are valid I will respect them. However, I will add that compared to LWRF current company valuation, this is very low imo.

Buggy, I will respond fully in due course but although revenues dropped they are still well ahead of LWRF plus they are a MANUFACTURER and designer of LED Lighting solutions and fully focused on the design/sales and production of the Halcyon platform. I am not suggesting for one moment that LWRF will be less successful going forward but I do expect PSL to return to profitability over the next twelve months, as the management clearly do, as per their last statement. Also note the statement issued 23.03.15 confirms that the accounts are in line with the trading update of 11.11.14

They have been oversold imo since then and should again imo be standing at no less than 4p++ right now and increase on this rapidly once the figures are released, together with what I expect to be a very positive TS,

Clocktower,

Why do you believe this business will survive and prosper?, I have been looking at this but have not been fully convinced.

I am invested in a company operating in similar area, LWRF, which is much further ahead than PSL, but the share price still do not seem to reflect the apparent potential. LWRF has over 100 products in the market, major distribution deals etc.

I am now coming to fear that a more well-heeled company will come up and swallow up the space forcing the small players which has not grown to critical mass to fold.

Your analysis is to a certain point correct, however, AIM companies that continually make a loss even if they have the next best thing since sliced bread in R&D yet no saleable product, they will be shorted its a no brainier, no company can survive without revenue and profit simple, those you have quoted may well be profitable I'm not familiar with them, and I know I'm generalizing here, PSL are in this position until such time they come up with the orders and turn cash flow positive.

I took a look at IKA late last year, however, I have learnt my lesson never to invest until they have orders and sales, however ground breaking their technology is, the share price has declined by about 30%, you maybe right here and I bow to your superior knowledge, I've held these for many years hoping they would turn into another DIA..still hoping.

beeezzz, While AIM is a graveyard and white collar crooks home and business place of choice, there are companies that have shown themselves to treat investors with respect and act in an honest manner. It can be a roller coaster of a ride but look at some of the rewards they have provided to those that reconised the potential in some of these businesses. As a small example of rewarding AIM companies, AEO and CRU but they do have ups and downs as do the likes of Tesco or BP for example.

The time to invest(take a punt if you like)imo is when they have been diluted to low levels but have built themselves in the process and have a management team in place that seek rich rewards for themselves and the company stock holders. Often not the BoD that brought the company to market. Those that invest small sums in a varied portfolio of this type of business and are able to take losses often reap decent rewards if they hold for a number of years.

Because I have done considerable research over a number of years, on the company and people, and not least the products they are now delivering, I feel confident that this will be one that does not disappoint but as always DYOR.

Interesting thoughts 'clocktower' & 'Cliffpeat', IMO its the AIM market that affects these small companies, its very high risk these day investing in non-profit making companies, AIM is a grave yard for small companies there are just so many that just drift along year after year, AR are same old same old trotted out every year, the ones that are prospering are profitable ones. That's all we need here when is the $64k ?.

I've been watching AIM stocks for 10 years and still they have not increased their net worth and as such the share price reflects this, and the market knows this and as such continually coming to the market for funds until there are billions of shares like biome who had a consolidation of 466k to 1, so if you had a million you get 2 shares, magic.

Nice to have debate on the thread and note your remarks CliffPeat but as regards the loss, I think it is pretty clear that it is substantial and can more or less be worked out if one takes the cash that was injected to cover this and make allowances for the current cash position. As regards orders, they are no doubt producing to install in April onwards and I think it maybe just a poor choice of words and phrases that have been used which reasonably do raise the doubts you express.
The RNS being issued by the new management that have only been in place since Nov 2014 are designed imo to show they are now moving forward and will as stated return to profit having taken all the required action. However,I agree as regards investors waiting to see the first signs of success unless you are looking to make a small higher risk investment that may result in very large returns.

Ref Item 2: Yes I agree this may well be the case as recent shows, have I would expect brought a lot of increase business but yet to be signed and sealed bearing in mind the product line the company now have.

chrisdgb.

You might be right about PSL's prospects, however there are a number of things about the RNS that rather than inform shareholders, might worry them.

1. No figure for net loss.
2. No explanation here of the reduced turnover and "gross profit"
3. With the 2014 audit "well underway" (23/03) the full year results stated to be announced "before the end of May". - why another 2 months for such a tiny business? And are they holding back the results hoping to announce significant orders or upturn to counter any disappointment?
4. The headroom of available finance seems small - but without information about debtors and creditors and the rest we cannot make a judgement.
5. In the antepenultimate paragraph are the words: "potential customers"; "prospective customers"; "target sectors"; "expected to be installed". This sounds more like a hopeful start-up than a properly tested and managed publicly listed business, in my opinion.
6. If the prospects are so good then I would judge that most investors would be happy to wait to see the first concrete signs of success. That would give confidence even at the expense of having to pay a few pence more per share.

This is on my watch list (I've been in but currently out). I wish PSL well but hope the points made are helpful.

As ever, just opinion and all need to do own research..

I think it is far to early to expect any significant rise but I see that the companies board are now ready to communicate and show the confidence they now have going forward. I expect we will now get regular updates and news of large orders over the next six months that will set the scene for the share price to rise substantially over the next two years, and as you say over a period of 5 years this could well be a multi bagger in the regions of what you suggest if not more imo.

I expect a very strong turnaround in 2015/16 as the company returns to profitability now that it is fully focused on the products that put it at the leading edge in the field. It would not surprise me either that twelve/twenty four months down the line that one of the major companies make a very large offer for the business and all that goes with it.

Agreed chrisdgb, and I expect we shall see an improvement in the share price as we get much nearer to the full year results. I expect to see them at the end of March or early April. I guess they may announce the replacement for Banks at the same time.

At least now they are fully committed to Halcyon.
