Beginning to wonder just that. How did you hear that they will not be raising funds as yet? Reliable source or just a guess?

It is just hard to guess how well or badly the company is doing as news seems slim on the ground.

Back to the lows on light selling on NEX - clearly there is no good insider news or any news for that matter, will it survive?

Selling continues on NEX exchange - very disappointing that the company fail to provide any news that may support the share price - what is really strange, is that the CEO was doing the rounds at investors forums last year but has failed miserably to provide any regular information/news to his current PI`s.

Posters in the past on these threads have complained at the terse response they have received from the company and how unapproachable they found them, which is one reason I guess that they have so little support, and clearly few new provate investors.

I am with you as regards a big holder wanting out. The only problem however is that the key holders hold significant number of shares, so if one wants out it will take a long time for them to be sell out. There is little demand on the buy side so continued selling will only continue to depress the price. The floor will then be determined by the lowest price the seller is willing to accept for their shares.

Hopefully the company will announce some positive news that will attract buyers and allow the seller to exit. Alternatively the company can help the seller by finding a buyer who is willing to take their stake from them.

ALS, As I mentioned once before, I am under the impression that they have no plans to undertake further fund raising at this time but I expect they will do so in the longer term but only once the share price is back well above the last funding level of(2.5p).Sadly, I just think it is a total lack of communication that is holding the share price back, and on top of that my broker is of the view that there has been a bigger player unwinding their position in this stock, which in turn has helped depress the price. I get the impression that the unwinding could be something to do with a fund balancing its books, and nothing more. DYOR

I still think there is a high chance of another fundraising here, but if Halcyon is going to be big then these could be a bargain.

Back on the floor again today with the sellers back, pre-New Year clear out maybe, or is there still an over-hang from a larger holder dribbling stock into the market?

It seems the selling has dried up for the time being but that might only be because of the very low offer anyone is able to obtain for any decent volume, and disappointingly the company does not seem to have issued any more positive statement to stakeholders before Christmas, which might have cheered some up.

buggy, Because of cost cutting and refocusing I think they have funding to take them further than that, as they may be gaining income from the commercial systems installed using the IBM cloud features, and above this could quickly become a game changing stream of income for the business. They maybe keeping contract wins info in this area undercover for commercial reasons but may provide more info with the next TS or figures.

The systems they have supplied give larger companies such monitor potential and the ability to streamline staff and make very considerable cost savings at the same time, in addition to being able to provide a much greater level of insight into performance for those that are taking advantage of the software.

Still expect drift on no news .. but still fairly optimistic regarding future of PSL.

They will need money but I can't see them raising funds at this prices so expect good news flow to give the price a nudge before any talk of fund raising. Unless there is a marked upturn in figures and they swing into profit then I expect that at best they can manage to operate on a deficit till end of H1 2017.

I was sorely tempted to take the 50k that was on offer at 1.195p for a very modest top-up but got totally distracted by PAYS. Nice to see it switch up though - seems a while since we went in the up direction :)

Bit of support today as it sunk below 1p on a sell but still seems as though the seller/s are in charge with another sell of over 33k on ISDX this afternoon.However, this time it did not drop the bid, so are we getting near the baseline and seeing a couple of bottom fishers starting to take an interest?

Another 30k sold on ISDX - someone is drip feeding stock and as you say buggy it looks like it will continue to slide and go sub 1p very shortly.

It seems there are a few of us tempted but waiting for the right moment (if it comes) to buy or add to what might be small holdings.

Surprise that PSL have been unable to issue a positive statement about a contract or two just to support the sp, bearing in mind it was not that long ago they raised funds at 2.5p and awarded themselves options at 1.85p.

Poor communication with stakeholders does not help and is an area they should address imo.

I'm watching these with interest but not tempted to buy in yet. If they get close to breakeven and there is evidence that Halcyon is gaining traction then I would buy in but not when there is the danger of another discounted fund raising.

Think it will continue to slide due to lack of news, so I am at moment not yet tempted to dip in again as it would probably go lower.

I am still optimistic but have to temper that with caution, so no point putting all my eggs in one basket.
Wish I had waited before topping up though. I think any news will be possibly around Feb next year so plenty of time for the impatient to sell out and thereby force the price lower.

As gleach said, mm is not offering much quantity on the bid side meaning lack of buyers.

Certainly been very weak in recent months. The offer price quoted online has held up at 1.44p recently but slipped a little to 1.385 this morning.

I have retained a small holding here but I am offered absolutely no quantity on the bid when I try a dummy quote to sell.

I often like to top up in my shares if they appear to drift on no news but the lack of demand is stopping me here for now. Will keep watching with interest.

buggy, sales continue on ISDX on low volume as you say - I assume you now have all you want but I have it on good authority that they are not looking to raise any further funds at this time. Hence the share price sliding without news - they seem to want ignore PIs concerns as they fail to provide fresh news either on the website or to the market.

This is either in one hell of a mess or could turn out to be the one to be on in 2017.

Yes a bit disconcerting that price is sliding. A lot of people here who has lost money and just want out in the absence of news. Besides this share is not that well know as you can see by the lack of activity on the BB. People wanting to sell and nobody buying leads to price drop as usual.

I still do not think that the selling is due to anything significant, A lot of the shares are held by significant corporate holders, so if there is anything in the background then they will be dumping in millions and not 60K or 100K lots. Hence I believe the selling is from fed up PIs.

Price will probably keep sliding until news is released of a roll out contract from any of their payed-for trial customers, which I am not expecting this side of the year. Nothing else will turn the price around , not presentations or demonstrations. They will need to raise more funds hence they need news to shore up and inflate the share price before any attempt to raise funds.

Light selling but the slide continues without support this could well be less than 1p but will the company issue a statement that turns this on its head before the week is out? Still no news of contracts from RBS etc: There is a total lack of any fresh news on the company website which is looking very outdated.

The company have done nothing to try to restore investor confidence but one of the directors seems to love doing presentations rather than working to build the sales, always blaming the price pressure from other markets.

Funds must be thin on the ground but to date I have not heard any rumours that they are planning a fresh round of funding, so maybe things are improving but if so it is about time they gave us evidence.
